Sure, they finished my roof in a day, but they left starter shingles hanging from the edge of the roof and junk laying around. They said they would return to fix the roof and remove the junk. That was over a month ago and there's still a pallet in my back yard with their junk on it. They damaged the side of the house when they propped sheets of plywood against it and almost broke a window (I had to tell them to move it). My house was built in 1922 and has an exposed overhang to the roof. Instead of making sure they stapled the plywood over the beams so the staples wouldn't show, they took the lazy way and just shot them where ever. Now it looks like the whole underside of roof was peppered with a shotgun. The owner assured my they would clip the ends of the staples and he would paint the damaged areas. A guy came and didn't clip all the staples and the owner decided to contract the painting out to another company. Well, they contracted out the gutters to be installed as well. The job on the gutters is even worse than the roof so I wasn't about to let the owner pick another low budget contractor to work on my house. Bottom line in my opinion, they could care less about how your roof looks. They only see it as a job that they have to hurry up and finish so they can get to the next one. The people that actually do the work have zero pride in their work and my house as a whole looked better before they worked on it. I look at my house now and regret that I picked them.

I purchased a home that needed a great deal of remodeling. Ben provided a detailed (very reasonable!) estimate and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. He did an incredible job! Ben replaced carpet and existing hardwood flooring with bamboo flooring, ensuring every board was properly glued, spaced perfectly and levels and transitions were smooth. He found a wood stain that exactly matched for the stairs to spare me the expense of installing bamboo on the stairs. It looks perfect! Trim, crown moulding and chair rail were replaced or added in many rooms. Ben hand-crafted beautiful wainscotting with complex angles for my living room, dining room and front foyer and hallway. I knew I wanted it, but had not thought through all of the details. Ben stepped me through my options and turned the vision into reality, exceeding even my own expectations! He replaced the railing on the stairs with wrought iron and figured out how to display a wrought iron panel I had purchased on the upstairs landing, adding a striking visual feature to the 2-story foyer. He installed a beautiful tile backsplash in my kitchen as well as a farmhouse sink, including the plumbing, and reconfigured the cabinets below to save me having to purchase new ones. He replaced light fixtures and ceiling fans throughout the home. He even built my kitchen island for me and installed my kitchen appliances. Ben remodeled my master bathroom to include the removal of a traditional tub and shower, replacing them with a free standing soaking tub and new shower unit, new tile and re-working the plumbing. Did I mention that he also painted every wall and ceiling in the 5-bedroom home?!? He had to use scaffolding in areas and did a neat, clean job; precise lines and no drips on my new carpet in the bedrooms. I found Ben's work to be consistently precise and of the highest possible quality. He proved himself to be committed to not only getting the job done, but he took pride in doing it "right". He never cuts corners; his high standards for quality persist. He communicates well and listens. He is a problem solver and is innovative, but primarily he is experienced; he knows what he is doing! He is a master at his craft and he views each project as a personal reflection on himself. I often told him he is an artist. You can TRUST Ben with your home and your project!!

CCP was recommended to me by a friend and realtor and I'm so glad she referred him. Jurgen is very professional, knowledgeable, prices fairly and as a bonus, incredibly compassionate. He did a great job of answering all of my crazy questions and was always here when he said he would be. He went above and beyond during the entire process to get to the bottom of the issue and to make sure to resolve it as quickly as possible. I also referred him to one of my neighbors and they absolutely loved him. He has made a loyal client out of me.

I wasn't really satisfied…read morewith Integrity Roofing and Painting, but I didn't want to be like Ben Stiller in the movie, "Greenberg," where he's constantly filling out customer surveys and writing letters to companies he's dissatisfied with. And I've sent my share of positive reviews as well so I'm not just some curmudgeon looking for the bad in everything. Having said that however, the last straw finally showed up when I had to go into the attic to check on an TV antenna. As I looked around and upwards, I noticed that the roofers had not completely cut away the tar paper over the square vent holes. In fact what they had done was either use their fist or foot to more-or-less kick through the square hole for the roof vent, rather than properly cut away the tar paper, which left the hole still obstructed by tar paper. You know, who does this? Are we in that much of hurry that we can take the extra 5 nanoseconds to properly install the vents and tar paper? This on top of the fact that during the "sales presentation," the rep kept talking about how important ventilation is and was trying to sell me on more vents. Really? How about we just properly install the existing vents? While I could go on with an extensive list of shortcomings, what would be the point? I mean would it be how the owner comes around boasting about how "good" things are going? Or if I mention how the issues the front man promised only barely came in under the wire. Or maybe how the Hispanic crew actually made derogatory remarks about me in Spanish and whoops, I speak fairly fluent Spanish. What would be the tipping point in a long list to make someone pass on this company? My gut told me to pass on this company but I didn't, darn it. They have plenty of good reviews out there and I can't for the life of me figure out why because no one who had these results, would come to the conclusion that this was a good job or company. Unless it's just a crap-shoot and you spin the big wheel to see what you'll get. Your choice.
