I paid a pretty penny for our brand new 4 star LQ. Shannon was your stereotypical sales person. All about the sale, then awful on the follow up. The ladies too that answer the phone and work there are rude as well & Super snippy. Completely clueless on the warranty paperwork as well. I got more help from Trailerboss Conversions on the LQ in one phone call than I did from Wayne Hodges. I will NEVER buy a trailer from them again. And we travel a ton for events so when asked I will make sure people know of our experience with them. I even made sure to remove the license holder and the wrap branding from the back of the trailer because there is no way I would be a traveling advertisement for them. read more

I dropped my little 10' utility trailer off for seasonal wheel and hub maintenance on Thursday and told them I'd like to have it Monday or Tuesday. After not hearing anything I returned at noon on Wednesday. My trailer was still up front where I had dropped it and there was no grease apparent on the hubs. The entire maintenance team shuts down for lunch from 12-1 so I got to return "after lunch" so they could verify that my trailer had been "missed". I guess if I don't buy one of their fancy high dollar trailers, they don't want or need my business. read more

BEWARE ! Rude dealership salesmen with poor sales tactics. We tried to buy a trailer listed on their website for over 2 months and planned to go get it as soon as it was finished at the conversion company. Tried to get the deal on paper and send a deposit hoping to guarantee that we were getting that trailer. Salesman said no need until we pick up the trailer. We were told don't worry we have the trailer marked for you when its done. That was not the case, we were strung along on a false deal that took time away from us looking else ware for a trailer. We are hard working people that were in a position with our own financing to buy and for this dealership to do what they did to us was disappointing and uncalled for. We are part of the horse community, we were thinking and making plans for 2 months about making the 14 hour trip. What would this dealership gain by the way they handled this? Without a doubt this is a rotten apple dealership. When you are in business for yourself all you have is your name and the best advertisement is a good customer. Taking up a potential buyers time and misleading them takes the cake for a well earned and deserved bad review as well as bad advertisement to alert fellow horsemen. read more

This is a warning to anyone who buys a truck or trailer from here.... all they do is turn used trucks and trailers without testing to see if they are selling safe working product. We bought a $35,000 truck from these people and before we got our license plate in the mail the truck was not drivable! We have already dumped over $5,000 into this truck and it still needs work. When we called them to tell them our truck was not drivable they said their merchandise is sold as is. They could care less about customer service or standing by a product they sold. After visiting a dealer to estimate the costs to repair our lemon the dealer informed us they constantly get Wayne hodges customers in the same situation. Buyer beware! read more
