Tyler was not pushy at all! We told him what we wanted, which was to replace every window in our home, a total of 13 openings, with the front and back windows being quite large. He was very professional and knowledgeable. When he left our home, we were confident this was the company we would go with. Fast-forward to install. We had the two-person team of Josh & Ivan, and let me tell you, they were amazing! Not only were they meticulous and neat, but they also took their time, stayed on schedule, and were two of the nicest guys we have ever dealt with. Our project took about a week, and Josh & Ivan arrived on time every morning and worked hard until they finished in the evening. Not only did they keep us informed throughout the day, but every evening before they left, Josh would also explain the game plan for the next day. We are so very pleased with how everything turned out from start to finish, and with the professionalism of Tyler, Josh & Ivan.
