We had called and spoke to Brett who said he'd come out in an hr.. He was there in 45 min and took care of our issue within an hr.. To have someone come out, spur of the moment to help us on a Friday late afternoon with beautiful weather when I'm sure all he wanted to do was to start his weekend was very much appreciated. Pros: 2 men arrived within hours of calling them. Cons: -One man was condescending, the other…read moredisgruntled. -bill did not arrive for over 2 months. It was twice the cost it should have been. -was put/left on hold when I called them to address my issues, numerous times; disgruntled worker damaged lid to my septic. I had to hire someone else to fix it. -given the choice of working with me, or cashing my cheque and facing this review, they chose a negative rating; didn't even try to contact me.
