I have now been told delivery has been pushed back yet again, this time to the end of March. What is even more frustrating than the delay itself is the complete lack of communication and accountability. Phone calls are not returned. No proactive updates are provided. The only way I can get any information at all is by physically showing up at the store in person. That is unacceptable when you have already paid for a machine that was promised months ago. If delivery was going to take this long, that should have been communicated honestly from the beginning. Instead, I have dealt with repeated delays, shifting timelines, and no follow-through. I purchase several machines every year and expect a basic level of professionalism and transparency. Based on this experience, I will never purchase from Baker Motorsports again, and I strongly caution others to carefully consider their options before doing business here.

Hunter said I may not be happy with it per his expertise, but still got me fitted and finished the purchase. I did go home and try it out and was definitely not impressed. Not to say the helmet was bad, but for what I needed, it did not do the trick. I contacted Lindsay at the store and asked if I could exchange and upgrade. She told me sure! And made the process super simple. When I came in the store, both hunter and Lindsay jumped right on the task. One was getting my Cardo installed. The other was putting on the pin locks and talking me through maintenance. It feels like I was in and out within minutes; when I thought the whole process would be an hour. Every time I go in to this location, the team is spot on Tyler runs a good ship there and I am very impressed all the years I've been going there. He is a certified mechanic to work on both bikes. Kenny is knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. The Shop is neat and organized and equipped with all new motorcycle maintenance equipment. They've stopped answering my calls, told me I would be blocked, and even said they left my four-wheeler outside for me to pick up, which is completely irresponsible and puts my property at risk. My kids haven't been able to enjoy this four-wheeler since we bought it, and the whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Do not buy from B Powersports , the products are unreliable, and the service is the worst I've ever experienced.

I've called multiple times and when they answer, which isn't often, I have always gotten a run around, with the latest being that my items were lost by USPS. The sales manager Dameon Jernigan has been made aware of the situation by his salesman that I've been in touch with and I haven't heard a word from him. You'd think for the sake of the business and low reviews like this one that the attempt would be made to at least keep the customer in the loop as to what is happening or at the very least apologize for the inconvenience. I'd take my business elsewhere if I could.
