I need extensive work done on my teeth and I wouldn't have been able to proceed without the financial guidance from McKenzie, the office financial director whom coordinated with Dr. Cortez, my dentist, to present to me and actual treatment plan that I could afford! I've never been excited for the dentist & they gave me hope! I cannot begin to express my gratitude for this wonderful dentist office! Upon having the exam for all of the teeth and all of the x-rays, which were painful at the time due to the infection I had, I was met with a woman that I guess was the financial manager. She was explaining the extreme cost for all of my teeth. I was being talked down to because I didn't have $20,000 in the bank saved for dental work. It seemed to be all about money, not about my abscess that I originally went in for so I didn't go back. I do not recommend.

My sister recently fell. She called Dr. Mayer's office and asked how much it would be for a full dental x-ray without insurance. They quoted her $100 which is exactly what they charged her. They didn't add a bunch of extra charges nor did they try to sell her something. Dr. Mayer is not only an amazing talented Dentist he actually cares about people. He does a lot of good in the community and he's just an overall good man. In addition to that everyone who works for him are all good kind people. If you go to his office, you will wish you had been going there for years.

WOW we rolled YAHTZEE on the first throw of the dice. We met the staff for the initial consultation and they were all super nice and no pressure for unneeded things. We expected a upsell on everything like they do at aspen dental (horrible company) but they recommended what we needed done with no fluff or lies. We had our teeth cleaned today by Miss Grisel and this had to be the best and most thorough cleaning we have had in our 60+ years of life. We were very surprised that we got the appt. the very next day after our consulatation and even more shocked that we will get work needed done tomorrow. If you need a teeth cleaning ask for Grizel for sure. Tomorrow we get a couple cavities filled and I will get a crown. The prices were resonable and we expect all will go great. When we met Dr. Gonzalez he was professional and exuded confidence and knowledge. I highly recommend this Lehigh Acres location for all your dental needs. His office manager wrote a email that he will not contact me and also wrote in a email to me "Sometimes things are just better left alone and chalked up to a learning experience". I am 71 years old and have never been ripped off like this in my life.. I was talking to a neighbor who had a similar experience with Dr. Scheel. Unless you enjoy being ripped off I would not recommend Dr. Scheel.

Prior to this appointment I came in with my infant and immediately was told due to X-rays I couldn't be seen- NO WORRIES! I was taken back and given a Saturday appointment. The young lady as so kind and squeezed me in ( I can't thank her enough) My hygienist Amir was so kind and so educational and actually took the time to explain what I needed and why! Dental degradation runs in my family so I prioritize my oral health! The office manager Dayani was so so kind. Taking the time to explain my treatment plan and get the care I needed. Dr. Patel was very supportive and thorough about my filling. Made sure I was numbed and it took all of 30 mins... I've had fillings take hours. She took 30 mins!! As a new mom I rarely have time for myself! They went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed for myself! The ENTIRE STAFF was warm, attentive and efficient! They didn't properly do an exam on him. Everything felt rushed and dismissive. They didn't take a full proper xray. They took us back and the first thing they did was a cleaning.. I didn't ask for that. I asked for a general consultation to make sure his teeth were good! They gave me a referral for an oral surgeon for him... he's 3. It just wasn't really a good experience. I will be taking him somewhere else for a second opinion and for him to have a proper evaluation! As they did not do that here. I'm actually very disappointed in this place.....

My children and I love growing smiles. My kids have been patients of theirs for the last few years…read morenow. They take care of my children. If they've ever needed any cavities filled or a tooth pulled they made sure my kids were comfortable and pain free. I like that they guide me threw their process of what they're doing and they answer all my questions along the way. I've only had an issue with their scheduling system.
