I have called multiple times (seen in the pictures attached) to try and figure out a way to either get this fixed or pay it but have not had any luck. I've talked to a couple 'representatives' that said they would escalate this to the office and still have not received any call backs whatsoever. This is truly not okay and my insurance is a good one. There's no reason I should owe this almost a year later. I didn't receive anything in the mail or email just a text. It doesn't show a breakdown or anything just a link to pay the balance. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this office at all costs:) Update: Apparently they can review these but not answer the phone lol. I can't go to the office due to working 8:30-5:30 Monday-Friday. So unless y'all want to open on weekends I'm not losing anymore money because no one can do their job:)

Went to Dr. Bachmann and she was no pressure and said the moderate Invisalign package would do what I wanted, which was also less costly. She did a great job and my teeth came out perfect. I am no longer afraid to smile and wonder how many dates I would have gotten if I had Invisalign done when I was young!

During the procedure he drilled far more than I was comfortable with, and then drilled even more when placing the crowns. I've never had tooth pain after dental work before, but from the moment I got home I couldn't floss manually or with a Waterpik, and my mouth has been very sore since. I recently switched to Medicare, and this office is now out of network. When I called about the pain and difficulty flossing, I was told the only way to be seen was to pay fully out of pocket. That was extremely disappointing, especially given that the issues started immediately after the procedure. It left me feeling like money was prioritized over doing the right thing for a patient who was clearly having a problem. I cannot recommend this office based on my experience.
