I took my vehicle to the Ford delearship in OKC before my cross-country drive. They kept my car 3…read moredays and never touched it. I was a little skeptical when I made an appointment at Griffeth Ford, altough they said they'd have my car back the same day, repairs completed. I arrived for my appointment, discussed the necessary repairs, then waited a few minutes for a shuttle service to take me home. I received a call a couple of hours later, with a status report. The conversation included my need for new brakes. He assured me they would complete the aforementioned work and replace the brakes and still have it finished by that evening. He was right. I got a call @ 5pm saying my car was ready and they would send a driver over to pick me up. I was impressed that everything had been done and to top it off, my car was immaculate! They had cleaned it inside and out. That was an unexpected and welcomed touch to the service. I will return and recommend anyone else looking for an auto shop to try them out.

You have to have a special machine to vacuum out the old a/c and put new in, and you need a special machine that can properly bend the exhaust pipe. They're also honest here, which is difficult to find at an automotive repair location. They'll tell you the truth no matter the circumstances.
