My husband goes here and you can't make an appt. He sits and waits in line for a haircut. Has to…read morepay in cash because cards are not accepted ends up being half of our Saturday because my husband has to go and get cash for the haircut and then sits in line forever. I can't convince my husband not to do this anymore but just to make a normal appt. with a hair dresser who makes an appointments and accepts card payments and go in on time and get out on time but maybe this will convince someone else. Sheesh.

While I understand you have family issues other technicians should be able to step and assist. Some customers explain before making the appointment that hey have to take off work and travel a ways to get to an appointment, so when yo get a last minute cancellation or nothing at all until you show up for your appointment and they say it's not possible for them to complete the appointment this is very unprofessional.

This was the 3rd nail salon I've tried in Jasper and it's the only one I will return to. All of the…read moreemployees welcomed me when I walked in and asked if they could help me. The salon is impeccably clean and well stocked. the techs all speak English to the client as well as each other. That is a HUGE plus to me! I got the Spa pedi and the massage was excellent! My nails look great and my feet feel wonderful! I'm going back next week for a facial. I'll post how that is also.
