I called on Thursday 9/4 to confirm what time I could pick up the flowers on Friday 9/5, the agreed upon date. When they returned my call at 5:15pm on 9/4, they told me they never placed the order for my flowers, seemed to have no recollection of my order, and told me flat out they could not get my flowers until after my wedding date. They confirmed they did have the paperwork for my order and they still had my emails, but they never marked down the date that the order was needed by. The person on the phone was not apologetic and did not offer any solutions whatsoever. In fact the exact words were, "I don't know what to tell you." We scrambled all night trying to find a shop that was even open and could get the white calla lilies we were hoping for in less than 24 hours. It was a true nightmare situation. We received more sympathy and help from shops we had never spoken to before than the shop who put us in this situation in the first place.

We sent pictures of the shed, where it was located, where we wanted it moved, and the path they would have to take to get from one place to the other. All seemed to be going well and we got an appointment to move the shed on Monday, March 28 at 9 AM. He texted my son today , Sunday, that he would come by and take some measurements and the shed needed to be cleaned out. We got everything out of the shed and thought we were good to go. It was getting close to 8 PM and I still had not heard from him. I texted him and asked if I had missed him because I knew he was coming to take measurements. He said as a matter fact he was on his way over now. If he actually came I don't know because he never knocked on my door and I never spoke to him face-to-face. He sent me a text that said I have to remove a fence post before he can move the shed. I asked him how I'm supposed to do that. His answer is that they're usually sitting in concrete 2 feet deep by 12 inches wide and I can just dig it out. I'm a 62-year-old woman, it's dark, I have a raging cold, and it's one of the coldest nights in months. My son called him to talk about this and his answer was that they do sheds not fences. I texted him that in no way was I going to dig out a fence post in the cold, dark night. So we postponed. Not 15 minutes later he texts that he got the job mixed up with another and the post doesn't need up be removed after all. Reluctantly, because now I have lost a lot of confidence in him, I agreed to let him do Two young men came out and we went over what they were going to do. They were very nice. They did an excellent job of moving the shed. They made sure it was secure and level in its new location. They had very limited space to work in and I am impressed at what they were able to do. The employees definitely deserve 5 stars. The owner gets 2, maybe 3 because of his inability to know what job he is talking about, and his last minute request that I do some serious labor. If you are looking to have a shed moved I can recommend this company BECAUSE OF THE EMPLOYEES.

When I called to place the order, I asked if the limited options on their website were the only thing available. They advised it wasn't and that they customize the basket to my needs. They asked for my budget , which I advised was $85 total. I was expecting FRESH locally grown fruit an associate of GOURMET crackers, jams, cheese, etc. I also asked that they email me a receipt as I had just paid by giving them my card over the phone. These are all the reasons why you should not do business with this florist and spend your money elsewhere. Although I told them I only wanted to spend $85.00 total, they collected more than $100 from my card, and I never was emailed the receipt I requested. On the day of my family members' birthday, I called the florist shop to inquire what time the delivery would be made. I was informed it would be around 3 PM because they were waiting for FRESH fruit to arrive. I called back after 3 PM and was met with a rude, condescending tone and poor customer service. They didn't want to confirm when the basket would be delivered. When I immediately shared the dissatisfaction of the customer service, I was met with "sorry you feel that way" and a slick undertone. In short, my order was delivered around 5 PM on a Friday. My family member was so excited to receive the gift from me and overjoyed at the thought and the deceiving appearance of this "gourmet." When she opened the basket the next morning, we were filled with disgust, disappointment, and felt like we had been robbed. The basket was filled with rotten, molded fruit that looked like it had been pulled from a local dumpster. The container that the strawberries were in was so aged the label was barely visible anymore. It came with a bag of prepackaged almonds that were already opened and a goldfish cracker. There is nothing gourmet about goldfish crackers that's a childrens snack. I sent the owner photos within 24 hours of getting the basket and called several times. No response back! They robbed my family of this special moment. NEVER SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!
