In fall of 2024 when they closed my pool they did not clean the filter again. This time I called them right away and told them to just do it in the spring. In May oy 2024 they came back and cleaned the filter, after I reminded them of our conversation in the fall. They sent me a bill for $50.00 for a return call. They store is les than 2 miles from my house. the will not cancel the bill. To day I will write them a check BUT never use them again for anything.

After attempting to get help from several companies that were close to my house, and getting little or no response, I widened my radius and contacted Home Leisure. They were outstanding to work with, and got my spa fixed. It seems like they are a very small operation, and rather than being a problem it makes them very personally engaged and responsive. You don't get a nameless answering service, but you actually get a live person who is co-owner of the company and cares about providing excellent service. And calls you back when they say they will, and send technicians who show up when they say they will. They have several technicians who worked on my hot tub until it was fixed, even though it meant several trips back and forth. They explained the issues clearly. And they were flexible in timing the visits to fit my schedule, which is so often a problem with service/repair. Spa service is pricey, but I think was fair for the work and travel involved (not to mention parts, which they have no control over). But if you have a hot tub (or pool) you know up front that its not inexpensive to maintain. I don't think anyone else would be less costly, and the level of responsiveness and excellent communication made this company easy to work with and a definite cut above usual repair services.

I was kept informed during each phase, when they were schedule to come out, what was happening. I have never had as good experience with a contractor as I had with Aqua Bello. Mike and or his son was onsite during most of the major phases. He did the stone work for the waterfall, which turned out great. When we decided to install a pool I was afraid that I would be out there constantly cleaning, adding chems, etc. But, with the Pentair equipment they installed I did very little the first season. And I only had to backwash one time. I highly recommend Aqua Bello. Someone else posted that they had a bad experience, I am not sure I agree with all that was posted. I certainly can not see that anyone at Aqua Bello would have called that person a liar. I met Mike, his son and wife, and Jeff when he designed the pool. I talked to them on virtually a weekly basis and I would be shocked if that were true. I just don't see it. I certainly had a very good experience. My neighbors have all commented how nice the pool looks.
