The plumber came and checked it out and said that it was caused by our toilet in our main bathroom. He proceeded to "repair" it and it seemed to be fixed. However in a couple of weeks the leak started back up so I called this plumber back . He told me he would come and take care of the problem but after almost three months and multiple calls by me he has not returned to fix our problem. Every time I call he has given me a different reason for not coming at the promised time. We paid this man almost 500 dollars and still have water all over the carpet in our bedroom. One Plumber wanted to bust up the concrete at a price of $3000. Client took one look and said I think it's just a clogged drain and we can clean it out on the outside of the house. He dug down and found the clean out pipe and there was a huge tree limb blocking it almost completely. He yanked it out and the water flowed immediately. This is been an ongoing problem for me for THREE years. Client diagnosed it in 10 minutes and within 30 minutes had the problem resolved. And by the way all of this was on a Sunday afternoon. The two techs that came out gave us no information unless asked about it. They were in no hurry to get us a new unit. We were told on Friday that is would be Monday or later before we would even have a quote. They gladly took $85 for less than 10 mins work of being there. The older tech was rude and made no effort. It is still summer so an air conditioner is really important. I emailed the company and got no reply. They texted my husband Monday with the simple statement that they had finally sent an email invoice with a quote on it. It was useless because the unit quoted was too small. No apology or inquiry about us being unhappy. It was a ripoff for what we got out of it. We will not be using them.

System is about 90% complete, just need installation and charging of condenser, thermostat, and duct grills. Unfortunately I asked them to keep my condenser until I was ready to finish the system. Install looks well done. I have paid about $14,600 which would be most of the cost. Now I'm getting no response from them. They won't answer my calls and their voicemail box is full so I can't leave a message. In the meantime I'm having to run a dehumidifier and fans in my building to keep the humidity down. And I'm having difficulty finding another HVAC company interested in coming in to pick up the pieces and finish the job. It's hard to say what their issues are but in the meantime I would recommend that you avoid Peak Comfort heat and air company in Shawnee, Oklahoma
