After reading they were purchased by Mullin, their lack of customer service now makes sense. Had I known that they were owned by Mullin, I would have called anyone else. Water was GUSHING between the wall and was leaking outside AND inside, flooding carpeting. Sarah was very friendly and understanding, and dispatched Jeremiah immediately. I had shut the water off myself by the time he arrived, and he found the easiest way to access the pipe, cut into it and capped it off as that hydrant wasn't needed in that location. That wasn't true because she was home waiting for them, watching the driveway and the technician did not show up. No green van in the drive, no knock on the door or ringing of the doorbell. I called one of their many phone numbers to see about it. The guy pulled up her record and said that there must be a mistake because no technician was not sent. They have rescheduled my heater maintenance twice already, but I'm canceling the appointment. I'm not willing to go through this anymore. I would love to support this local business, but it's not worth the hassle. Something bad has happened to this company. And why do they have a ton of phone numbers out there, but the local Sand Springs number is no longer accessible on-line?
