Everything we have ordered here is yummy and they give you this cool tray that goes around the cup to prevent over spillage. The employees that work here are always kind and quick with service. They also offer suggestions if you are having trouble deciding what you want. My go to is pineapple with snow cap (I think here they call it vanilla cream). My kids love tigers blood and princess which is a mix of vanilla, strawberry, and blue raspberry. There are a few tables placed near the truck with napkin dispensers if you choose to sit and hang out. I feel like they have a pretty steady flow of customers but I have never had to wait too long to place or receive our order. As soon as they were below the rim of the cup, there was plain white ice shavings - no flavoring for the other 50% or so of the cone! I went back up and said something to an employee about this. I mentioned how the previous owners (as far as I recall and observed) layered the flavoring so that it was throughout. The employee said they put it on top and sometimes it doesn't go all the way down. She didn't seem to care about the (implied) suggestion to layer the cones. It was more like "this is how we do it". Well, if that's how you do it and you're not interested in improving your product for your customers to at least bring it back to the standards that existed before you owned this business, then I won't be back. Waste of money at that point. The lady did offer to add more flavor. We shouldn't have to go back up and ask for two cones to get flavor for 50% of the cones. Having worked in the food industry, I also question if it would be legal with the health department to take customer-touched food back to the work area. We threw out half our cones. If I wanted unflavored ice, I would have simply made chipped ice using the fridge at my house. I hope you'll take the suggestion (yes, this is a suggestion to layer the flavoring throughout) to improve the product for your customer.

The mango bingsoo was really good 10/10 However, it took over 50 min to get it, service was slow. If they had told us when we ordered that it would take that long, we wouldn't have stayed. We got there at 9pm and they closed at 10p so we barely had any time to eat it. The bingsoo is large enough to share, but it's so light and airy that one person could also finish it alone.

The flavors we chose were sea turtle, Superman, gold rush, and cookie dough. All of them were delicious, but I want to try the banana pudding and play doh flavors next time. The layout of the shop is a little awkward, and the area where you order is a little small - and there was a sign on the door asking each party to wait outside until a scooper waves you in. Both restrooms were out of order when we were there, but there were some video games for my kids to play while I chatted and finished my ice cream.
