There's a calendar online where you can see what dates and times are available. They fill up fast on the weekend so if you want to plan something, do it quick. My daughter told us last minute she wanted a birthday party. And you know what, finding a venue at the last minute can be so difficult. We got lucky with Mariners Cove Bay Club. They had an opening on Friday night and we just took it. We wanted to do a Saturday but both the 9 am slot and 4pm slot were already reserved. The process to reserve is actually very simple. All I did was call the number on the website and ask for possible dates. It's best to do that in case someone reserved and it hasn't been put on the calendar yet. The next step is to fill out an application and pay a deposit fee. The application just says what day and time you need it for and it outlines the rules. There's a lot of rules so make sure to read it carefully. Some of the rules include no hanging things on the walls or ceilings. So that for us meant no piñata. There's a no bounce house rule. Also in order to get your deposit back, you have to make sure it's the way you left it. The site was great for my daughters party. We had about 12 kids and their families. Her party was at the 4pm slot but we didn't start until 5. I didn't think they would swim but the kids went in the pool and swam for a while and enjoyed every bit of it. The facilities have a kitchen that was very helpful. We were able to store our drinks in there during the party. They also have a sink and counter to put the other things. They normally have a range but it was broken when we had the party. They also have a grill. We would have like to use the range but we instead just brought our crock pot and had our chili in there instead. We also made hot dogs and just heated it all in another crock pot. It worked it very nicely. The room was big enough for us to play games with the kids after dinner and they had a lot of fun. It was a lot of work planning the party but my daughter had a fun time and so did her friends. In the future, we will definitely look into using this facility more.
