My niece loves this place (this is where she had her 5th birthday party), so we took her there on a Monday during her fall break. We got there at around 9:45, and there was a private group in the water play area, and we were told that we couldn't go in until 10 AM. Once they cleared out, the place was empty so I highly recommend going on a weekday. I've never been on a weekend but my sister has told me it gets super crowded. It's not just for kids though. There's also a lazy river you can walk through or use one the floats they provide. Unfortunately, the big water slide isn't open until later, so we didn't get a chance to check that out. You can't bring food into the center but you can always keep a cooler in the car, leave and come back. They clean the pool from 11 to 11:30, so that would be a good time to get lunch. If you don't want to eat in your car, there's a cafe that serves pizza, hot dogs, hamburgers, etc. all for a pretty reasonable price. You don't need to be a member to visit the center. You can buy day passes, which is what we did. It's $24/adult and $20/kid, so obviously not something you want to do every week but fun every once in a while to hang out for a few hours.

My neice's baby shower was held at the Kroc. I'm tossed in giving them a higher star rating. A few years ago, I attended a birthday party there. This went off smoothly. And everyone had a great time. Today, the kids did have fun. But , the food came out late. Pizza came out first, and fifteen minutes later, the musubis and bento. They give you a strict time limit. So you would think that the food you have to order through them would be on time. So you have time to enjoy. The trash disposal cans were far away from the cabana we were assigned. My brother-in-law brought out a large trash bag to make it more convenient for the guests. The food was average in taste. The pizza was only warm because of the near 90 degrees heat from the sun. Fun place for kids. Enjoy

Today my niece had her baby shower at the Kroc center run by the Salvation Army . Located in Kapolei actually near the last rail station ha ha . It's like a mini water park with a lazy river ,2 water slides , jacuzzi area and a kids area to play with water guns and buckets filling up and dumping water on you. My niece reserved a cabana area for her shower but it was still hot . By renting Kroc center I guess they have all kinds of party packages. She got the package that came with a bento, pizza, and spam musubi . Along with a container with juice and water . The bento was just ok comes with rice, hot dog, Teri pork, spam , chicken . Just an awesome place for the family to hangout and enjoy the west side sun. Nice size pool and slides for the kids with just the right depth, Not too deep for the little ones to enjoy. Two lazy river channels, with a whirlpool and splash channel. Parents can also get in on the fun. Gym is also available for your summer bod needs lol. After a nice session at the gym, you can relax in their jacuzzi or swim a few laps in the main pool. Lots of other amenities to utilize.

It was a Fun Day with our Senior friends at the Kroc Center's Senior Mixed Plate. We played games and had so much fun interacting and making new friends too. Everyone seemed so happy and were surely enjoying themselves. There was Refreshments coffee, sweet tea, and ice water and Bentos too. I was amazed that so many people showed up. Thanks to The Kroc Center, Leslie and Tanya for putting this together. Alot of the people waited a whole year before they came to the Kroc center because of the pandemic. Now since they lifted the masked mandate alot of people wanted to come out and see their friends. Sadly not everyone got a bento to take home because over thirty people showed up and only thirty bentos. Nevertheless we all still enjoyed ourselves. Look forward to seeing everyone again next month.

The aquatic center! There's an Olympic sized pool and a few bigger water slides on the other side as well.

Me and my Ohana are always so excited to come here! This is our go-to spot on a hot day. We love to hang out in the pool! The facilities are always clean, the front desk staff is so kind, and the lifeguards are always on watch. Great for the younger Keiki to play in the kiddie pool, fun for the teens at the water slide/rock climbing wall, and great for adults who want to chill in the jacuzzi or swim in the Olympic pool for exercise. A few pointers: the pool is closed daily from 3-3:30pm for lunchtime. All the fountains and water buckets shut off. The aquatic center I believe is only opened until 5:30pm? Also, no outside food is allowed. They do have a snack shop where they sell food, but it is a little pricey. However, the food is pretty decent. I've been to the gym only a handful of times due to the fact that I have young kids, and unfortunately don't have the time. I do wish they opened the kids watch again, but I think due to COVID, they're still closed. Also, the membership is a little on the pricier side, but you do get access to tons of amenities so it's not too bad!

This gym has rarely had more than 12 people inside and it is larger than the many AF gyms I have worked out on the island as well as the mainland. The temporary is always perfect as I have found several AF's are freezing. The equipment is dated but everything is usually in working order. The layout. equipment placement, and flow of the gym is good. Cons - it needs a deep cleaning | some areas of carpet needs repair or be replaced | the small refrigerator rarely has the free water bottle as advertised but they will provide RedBull on occasion | the water fountain / dispenser for sure needs to be cleaned | they need more than 1 stair master | Bottom line, I really like this Anytime Fitness location and I think the staff does the best they can in most areas. Ownership should dig deep and make a few repairs starting with carpet that is tapped down near stretching area and the press machines.

I called their toll free number only to be told that this location requires termination in person. I've called and texted since then with no response. Please show some respect and provide a proper experience and service ITS BASIC to be clean and have equipment that won't hurt you and isn't damaged. I had recently moved and decided to…read moreswitch from UFC Gym because it was much closer to my new home and significantly more affordable. If you're trying to decide between UFC Gym and 24 Hour Fitness based solely on price, let me tell you, this is your sign to spend just a little extra and choose UFC. My very first experience at 24 Hour Fitness was absolutely terrible. My friend and I, two easygoing women who were genuinely excited to start working out there, were greeted by one of the rudest front desk employees I've ever encountered named napoleon. From the moment we walked in, he acted as though we had done something wrong. His attitude was cold, dismissive, and openly unfriendly and wore his dark large sunglasses indoors which I thought was strange and unprofessional. We were so uncomfortable by the way we were treated that I seriously considered speaking with a manager. What made it even more disappointing is that many women already feel intimidated walking into a gym. It can take a lot of courage to start a fitness journey, especially when you're new, trying to build confidence, or simply stepping outside your comfort zone. Imagine finally working up the courage to walk through those doors only to be met with unprofessional behavior that makes you feel unwelcome and judged. No one should have that experience. The interaction completely ruined the vibe of our workout. We actually cut our session short because we felt so uncomfortable. We left confused, discouraged, and wondering why we were being treated that way. While I can overlook older equipment, I can't overlook an environment where employees seem unhappy, angry, and uninterested in treating members with basic respect. Environment matters. The atmosphere starts the moment someone walks through the front door. At UFC Gym, I never experienced anything remotely close to this. The staff was always professional, friendly, and welcoming. The equipment is newer, the facility feels cleaner, and the overall atmosphere is much more positive. In my opinion, it's worth paying the extra money for an environment where people are willing and able to offer basic customer service and professionalism. Unfortunately, that first experience completely ruined our membership. We ended up letting our year-long memberships expire and chose not to renew. To make matters worse, when we returned another time, we were greeted by the same employee and received the same treatment, which only reinforced our decision. We barely came back after that initial incident because it left such a bad impression. To management: I strongly encourage you to pay closer attention to how your front desk staff interact with members. First impressions matter. Your front desk employees are often the first and last interaction people have with your business, and they set the tone for the entire experience. Someone who consistently makes members feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, or judged may not be the best fit for a customer-facing position. A gym should be a place where people feel encouraged, supported, and motivated, not discouraged before they even start their workout.
