The teacher was friendly and knowledgeable, offered posture corrections where helpful, and set an appropriate pace. It wasn't overcrowded, the atmosphere was good, plus first-time students get a discount and may borrow mats. The only slight downside was that the studio itself was in need of a new lick of paint, but that didn't detract from an overall great experience. i believe the same teacher also runs classes in the park, also through meet up, which I will certainly try.
As for the shop, I browsed briefly and didn't purchase. Looks like it will fulfill all of your post-yoga tofu-munching incense-lighting hippy needs, plus it sells yoga mats.
