I parked my car on the gravel behind "Slim Olson's", where other cars were parked. There was no sign of me breaking the law. Afterall, obviously "St George Express" and "Slim Olson's" have an agreement or understanding that cars will be parked here with it being a designated meeting point for riders. My car is a nice car and obviously wasn't a breakdown. It had been parked there out of the way on Saturday Oct 27 at 12:20pm and I returned to pick it up Monday Oct 29 7pm and to my surprise it was gone.

The attended told me that I needed to go park up by the propane tank because "thats where they look for ya". After waiting up at the tank for about five minutes I pushed the call attendant button, I was told that they had already sent someone up, waited another five minutes for the attendant to come up and fill my tank. After he'd filled it I followed him back down to the store to pay. The attendant there barked my total at me and after I'd paid thew my recipt across the counter to me.. I'll think twice before I get anything here again..

This Smith's Pharmacy location is impressively bad. They cancel prescription refills without any…read morenotification or explanation. If it's an insurance issue, fine. But having prescriptions quietly disappear from your account with zero communication is unacceptable. Calling to ask what happened is an adventure in itself. Expect dismissive, rude behavior from pharmacists who seem irritated that you dare to even ask. Somehow, that same attitude extends to doctors as well. When my physician called on my behalf, she was treated with the same condescension, including suggestions that they knew my treatment plan better than she did. The kicker? When I finally transferred my prescriptions, the new pharmacist knew exactly which pharmacy I was leaving... and exactly why. This isn't a one-off mistake. It is a pattern. Do yourself a favor and take your prescriptions elsewhere.

Well it's to late to cancel I'm almost done pumping gas. When I got done pumping gas, and got my receipt for the car wash code, I went inside to get my $3 towel. What they handed me was marked $1. I'm to tired to play charades with someone who doesn't speak English, so I sucked up the loss of the $2 and grabbed my towel, and proceeded to the actual car wash. Lesson learned. On a recent late night we arrived home from a long road trip and a day of familial nuptuals and needed to stop off to buy a loaf of bread. Sure as shootin' they we got the last loaf of butter-top what goodness from the shelf. Granted, it was priced (per ounce) the same as raw tungsten ore, but they had it there. Oh, and I can neither confirm nor deny my gas station yelping quest. On the positive, there are plenty of gas pumps and it's so conveniently located on the west side of I-15 that you really can hop on and hop off. But I don't love that you have to enter from 700 West--there's no driveway from 7200 S. The snack area and other road essentials is more spacious than your typical gas station, so stretch out and grab your jerky, fill your mug, and look at the priceless tchotchke for sale. Regarding the car wash--I dunno if they give one to everyone, or what. Clearly they're trying to upsell you on a more expensive one, but when I went there today I got a "you've earned a free car wash you can upgrade" just after swiping my card. I opted not to swipe but still got my carwash code on the receipt. So we'll see what happens. I will redeem at the Holiday just a few blocks away at the corner of 7500 S and State Street.

We used to love their car wash solely for the fact that they had people that would scrub down your…read morecar before you go through. This made ALL the difference in getting a good wash because the automatic washes don't get certain corners or spots on your car and having employees there to give some specific scrub downs before you went through ensured you'd get a good wash. Apparently the upper management has done away with this (even though they still keep a scrub brush and barrel of water) because it takes too much time per car coming through. This seems ironic to be concerned about as I've ever waited in a line here. I tried calling today to give some feedback as the employee said this was a common frustration from other customers but I was hung up on by Tonio after waiting several minutes. Bummer! I think it's time to take our business elsewhere.
