This is about one experience only for a dazzle nail polish. Tuscan was the ONLY place in the…read morecounty that was doing dazzle. It was supposed to last as long or longer than gel but the selling point was it was not as damaging to your nails not needing cured. When the person was done I checked my nails and almost everyone of them had large gaps on the sides of the nails where no polish had been applied at all. It looked worse than doing them yourself. I was not sure how to nicely say they were a hot mess so I just showed her the edges how they lacked any color at all and she understood. She attempted to correct the problem, but it really did not as she did not give those nails the full treatment which was two coats and a top coat or coats but instead applied only one layer. This was not what was done to the few nails that were fully coated. Needless to say within the week, the polish came off on all the edges she had tried to fill in for a brand new manicure!!! Very disappointing and not the usual for Tuscan. Money wasted and I really did not get a chance to compare the dazzle nails to gel due to this experience.

I was nervous but she assured me she knew how to cut curly hair. She was over confident. I ended up with the absolute worst cut of my life. It's so bad I'm embarrassed. I've tried every way I know to style it and I tried every product she suggested and it's just horrible. Before she started I told her all my concerns. I told her it's curlier on top and in the front than underneath and in the back. She completely ignored me and now those issues are much worse. The stylist before her left me with a tail in the back. She said she fixed it. She did not. After she diffused my hair and I came up from having my hair flipped over, I was horrified. I looked like Roseanne Rosanna Danna. I was more horrified that she thought it looked good. I told her I wasn't used to it being so poofed. She smoothed it some but it was still bad. I was charged $90 and all s did was pull out a few of my curls and slice down them. Now over a month later I still can't do anything to make it look nice. It's a chopped up mess. Also she was very judgemental about the products I used and she made herself out to be a hair styling god. Far from it. I was so disgusted with my hair this morning I asked for a refund. She said they don't do that but I could come in to get reassessed. There is no way in hell I'll ever go back there.

Our…read morefirst time was simply happenstance for our fidgety 4-year-old transitioning from his Mom's bowl haircut to a "real" haircut. Randi was gentle, sweet, and professional. Our son did extremely well with her and we've been repeat customers, asking for her directly. Fast forward 4+ years and both Dad and son have been having Randi cut our hair. She's very professional and excellent at what she does. Randi pays attention to detail and doesn't try to rush you out the door like most others do. There were a couple different times where Randi wasn't available so I had my hair cut by someone else. Boy, could I tell the difference and won't make that mistake again. Yesterday Randi cut and colored our 13-year-old daughter's hair for a very unique request. Not only are we impressed and absolutely love it but Brandi admitted to having impressed herself.
