It was a truly different and relaxing experience. Afterward we both agreed 1 hour would have been sufficient. We both got bored in the last 30 minutes. It would have been great if we could have fallen asleep but neither of us did. I chose total darkness for myself but with music. The Epsom salts in the water make it impossible to sink. If you are claustrophobic I would recommend you skip it as you are enclosed in a pod. You shower first then enter the pod then shower again after. It was a wonderful experience but for me in future I think I would choose an hour massage over it. Though they say you will feel the benefits of magnesium absorption over the week to come. Our son did extremely well with her and we've been repeat customers, asking for her directly. Fast forward 4+ years and both Dad and son have been having Randi cut our hair.
