We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The air conditioning in our bedroom was not working. Also, we could not access wifi in our rooms even though they advertise free wifi in their rooms. We complained and they responded that there is nothing that they could do to fix the issues. We ended up having a fan in our bedroom to cool down. Imagine paying over $350 per night for your room and having a fan in your room instead of air conditioning! To make things worst, the manager (Pedro) was quite rude and unprofessional regarding this matter. First, he said that he will get back to us regarding our complaint but he never got back to us. Finally, when I demanded talking to him again, he finally met me and in a rude way claimed that our air conditioning and wifi were working perfectly. When I asked that at least he should discount our room, he again rudely denied doing so. When, I asked if he prefers that we should write a review describing our experience, to my surprise, he said that I should go ahead and post one and he emphasized that I should mention his name Pedro! This is an expensive hotel and I had a higher expectation for our stay and the level of customer service.
