I arrived prior to the 3pm check in time. The young woman called housekeeping to ask what rooms…read morewere ready and available for check in. I was checked in and upgraded to a spacious business room with a balcony. The room was clean and spacious. The bed had a small throw pillow which was removed and placed on the couch. The bed was comfortable. I could have used better pillows that hold up their shapes better. The bathroom layout was a bit awkward, but everything needed was there. Hand soap and body wash were available. I did not use them as I carry my own. Lotion was not available, and again, not an issue as I carry my own lotion. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but they do have a list of restaurants nearby. There's a bar onsite. There's plenty of parking for guests. To enter and exit the property, a keycard is needed. The hotel offers free breakfast which includes a variety of sweet and savory dishes. Fresh fruits, eggs, pastries, and fruit juices are available. The staff were inviting and kind. The morning of my departure, I was greeted and asked to stay for breakfast. I wish the hotel had a reusable water bottle to use. The breakfast was okay. The presentation of the food was really nice. I had a 4.5 hour drive to Barcelona, so I tried some fruit and eggs. Overall, it was a good stay. I had a personalized letter from the staff with my name, but it said, Mr. Dudine :).

About 4.5 stars. Facilities is very new and contemporary. The health vaccination was checked before…read morethe stay. Mask is required in the facility lobby. The hotel has it own parking lot. Security gate entry by room key. The room is comfortable. AC is Bit difficult to operate in the room. During pandemic they don't have room service to clean or changing the towers unless is requested. Breakfast is included. Even though they located next to airport, they room is quiet at night. Hotel close to Highway and mall make this place very convenient.

Great location in Toulouse... airport is 20 minutes by bus. Taxis and Uber are also options…read more Back of hotel opens into a public park with benches, walking paths, grassy areas, and even a Japanese garden. The paths also are useful as a shortcut to get to restaurants and shopping. Parking is available for a daily fee in an underground garage. Driving In the garage was one of the scariest experiences of my life. The first area looks like Dungeon and everything is marked private. Eventually (after some turns) you arrive at a buzzer with a garage door. The first time, it opened and closed before I could get through. After I got past, there was an immediate hard-left (practically paint-scratching-on-the-wall left). This part of the garage was freshly painted. Beware, all parking is back-in, and I needed guidance. One night was enough. The lobby of the hotel is inviting, with small pool tables, seating, and a restaurant. There is outdoor seating available alongside the pool. Our room never was comfortable temperature-wise. The air conditioning couldn't keep up. Being mid-July, opening the balcony window wasn't an option. The balcony had a small table with a few chairs, but limited view. If you visit this time of year, invest in bug spray. I have several dozen bites from an hour outside in the evening. The room has a small vault for valuables and a small refrigerator that was initially stocked with Coca Cola, Perrier, Fuze Tea, and some bottled water. With this room, it was "complementary"... the only problem was that as the week went on, they only replaced our water because they "ran out" of other selections. Something that was unusual to me (but maybe not unusual in France?) was that the toilet was in a separate room than the shower and sink. You had to handle doors after going to the bathroom to be able to wash your hands. It also served as a challenge with a medical condition. Washcloths were not provided, so the smallest towel option for personal hygiene was a hand towel. Staff was patient and prompt. When I went into my room via keycard entry, I did not know that the key had to be placed in a slot by the door to enable electricity. I couldn't figure out how to turn anything on until they came to the room to show me. Tiny fitness room available, but I only saw one person ever in there (so you might be fine!). If the price is right, the hotel is good for access to public transportation, walking to attractions, and general relaxation. If you plan to spend a lot of time in a hotel room, you might want shop around a little more.

Wish that service staff would have had offered a compensation, but I do not agree to that price under given circumstance (paid 140€!!!)... Hotel room is quite standard, located close to dwntwn area. Pool was inop. as well. Breakfest area is under construction, too.
