0 stars, this hotel was disgusting. The shower curtain was so dirty, the bathroom floors were full of hair, dirt and scum. The bed furthest from the door was dirty, filled with brown dirt stains. Towels were dirty, there was hair all over the room. I told the individuals at the front desk about my experience and they didn't address my concerns or try to mediate the issues. There's not many choices in the Blytheville area for hotels or business travel. This was an option which suited our group. The king room was clean and comfortable. I liked having the refrigerator and the microwave although it did not seem that the refrigerator was working properly. The front desk staff was helpful both at check in and check out. Will definitely return for when I visit for doing business again in the future. There is a restaurant with the hotel that opens later in the afternoon as well as a Perkins coffee shop attached to the hotel as well. I did not use the pool or other extra service areas read more

Stayed one nite and it was pretty much what I expected from a quality stand point. The checkin was smooth and efficient. The hotel is large and sort of a maze so I was glad they told me exactly where to park to be next to the room I was assigned. The parking lot and walkways where covered in ice so it was dangerous getting around. Not completely there fault as a winter storm had just passed through a day before but salting the walkways should have been taken care of. The hallway near my room had a foul odor. The room I was given was fine but starting to show its wear. I didn't use and of the amenities but the pool areas look nice. I did have takeout from the attached bistro which was meh. Overall the hotel did the trick for what I needed passing through town. A dog friendly hotel close to the highway. I had planned on staying in Memphis but the dog friendly hotels I was considering all sold out so Blytheville it was. read more

A Very Pleasant Stay I'm the Blytheville area once or twice a year for business, my company either books me at the Hampton across the street or at the Holiday Inn. I've stayed here before and I've eaten at the Bistro. I really like this property, it's close to the highway, gas stations, and restaurants and Walmart and shops are minutes away. The staff is always friendly and treats me very well and this time like last time and the time before, I got a great room. The rooms are clean, modern spacious and have modern furniture. On this stay, I had a large King room with a couch and a chair in the living room area. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless and the wifi signal strong. These are all components of a good stay for a business traveller. Just a warning there is a little outdoor corridor that I stuck on as I went downstairs to the gym without my room card and got stuck outside for a few minutes. I always take the elevator now. The hotel has really nice fitness center with modern equipment the pool is a nice treat, and the Bistro has great food and craft beer (see my review). I ate finally in Perkins downstairs and had a really great breakfast. What can I say, I had a very uneventful, pleasant stay. read more

Outside looked inviting. Check-in was ok, not recognized as a Rewards member after waiting awhile to get checked in. Went to the beverage area to grab tea before heading to my room, changed my mind because of all of the nats flying around the beverage area plus open tea bags left in the area. Then proceed up to my room, over the room was ok. Points lost for the KFC box in the fridge that didn't belong to myself or sister. Which made me wonder how clean was our room. Not sure if I would stay here again or not. Plus people smoking directly in front of the hotel not a positive for a non-smoker. An area off to the side of the hotel may have helped. read more

I can't say enough about my stay here. Traveling 2200 miles by car round trip makes one weary. When we arrived here from Chicago last night, Travis the manager was helpful and accommodating. My husband is a rewards member and there was a mixup. No problem. Travis worked with him and got everything straightened out. For our troubles, he waived the fee for our two dogs and offered free breakfast tickets to Perkins, the restaurant next-door. Speaking of Perkins, a shout out to Eureka for delivering our food to our room. Perkins doesn't offer room service, but she did it as a favor. Wow! We will definitely be back! read more

This is small town, but the Holiday Inn didn't treat it as such. From first contact with the individual at the front desk, to check out, I was incredibly happy. The hotel is clean... like I NEVER take baths in hotels without cleaning them myself, but they actually had a clean tub. They were accommodating in my request to be placed on a higher floor and completely worked with me on extending (and then further changing) my reservation due to weather preventing me from leaving as scheduled. They also offer 2 onsite options for dining. One is Perkins, the other is more of a bar/dinner place. I'm now at a Raddison in Memphis and wish I was back at this Holiday Inn... My experience with them was wonderful. read more

I had merely stayed overnight, in which was a good quick stay. I quite enjoy the spacious rooms and plentiful sized beds, alongside the what'd appear as on par security requiring your card to get into areas. However I didn't enjoy having to kill 3 cockroaches l, it made the place have uncleanliness. The hallways and overall interiors was pleasant, the only negative thing I had to say were the amount of cockroaches crawling at random; thus keeping me on edge. read more

I highly recommend this hotel! This was my second stay in the last 6 months and I've been increasingly impressed with each visit. They've gone above and beyond on every level and they've been more than accommodating. Reservations, front desk staff, and housekeeping should be given kudos. When I made reservations, I had a coupon code from work but it failed to work. They offered me a local discount code to lower the rate slightly. I also asked if they had a wheelchair to be used when we picked my grandma up to visit and if we could gave a room close to an exit to make it all easier. The day before our stay, I called to confirm my reservations and verify our wheelchair request. I also asked if we could get early check in; we were driving in and I'd like to unload the vehicle before picking up my grandma from the nursing home. They gave us check in several hours before actual check in. Upon arriving, everything went as planned. They had a wedding the same evening and put us up on the opposite side so it wouldn't get too noisy. They had a wheelchair waiting right behind the desk and gave us a room 2 doors down from an exit. I had a couple more family members drive in last minute. They requested the room adjoining ours and had no issues. We utilized the wheelchair the entire weekend, including rolling grandma into the Perkins Restaurant and bringing her poolside while we all swam. They even allowed us late check out the following day, as well. As far as accommodations, everything was very clean. Possibly a little dated on decor, but definitely not worthy of a true complaint. I'm a germ-freak in hotels, if even see a hair or coffee ring left over from prior guests, I get creeped out and as for a whole re-clean of my room. Neither stay have I encountered a single cleanliness issue. Our room this time had a small microwave, mini fridge, keurig, and flat screen tv in the room, which all came in incredible handy! That gave a very large indoor pool and hot tub. The indoor pool was bath-water-warm both times we've stayed. They also have an outdoor pool, which was closed this visit (in February 2019) although it was open during our last visit (in August 2018); they had a lot of people in and out throughout the day swimming outside. On the second floor they have a small gym, which was also very nice and had free waters available too. I was so incredibly impressed! I recommend this Holiday Inn anyone! We're starting planning an 80th birthday celebration and I plan to use their services and banquet rooms available in the coming months. I'll encourage family and friends to stay here anytime. read more

We stayed 2 nights, (weekend). Its centrally located near the highway, stores, and restaurants. The rooms were nice. Front desk staff was excellent. Housekeeping did not come to our room at all while we were there. We ran out of toilet tissue and towels, so I had to go to the front desk. There is no way to walk through the hotel, so I had to drive around which was a little inconvenient. The big issue for me is that this is the 2nd day that I have called the front desk to ask about my sons shoes which he left in the room. Everyone keeps telling me they are short staffed and can't check, but that they will call me back. The shoes were 100% in the room, so at this point, I feel like housekeeping should have turned them in. I work at a hotel, so I know protocol. This has turned a great experience into one that is not so good. I would hope management sees this and rectified the situation. Besides that, it was a great stay. read more

I'm a picky son of a bitch (and yes, my mom is a bitch), so this means I'm difficult to please. So, if I give 5 stars to the Holiday Inn, they really deserve it. Here's why: Check-in was smooth, and they gave me 2 free breakfast coupons for Perkins which was adjacent to the hotel. Nice touch, and unexpected. The hotel itself, looks brand spanking new. The lobby is clean, and very inviting. When we entered our room, late at 11P, it was very modern, and, once again, clean. New flat screen TV in the room, and a comfy bed. As I mentioned, we checked in late, so after a few minutes of unpacking, I wandered down to the Front Desk, and inquired about a bar. (Shocking, I know) The friendly Front Desk guy {hands on hips, big Kool Aid smile} said I have 15 minutes before last call. When I entered the bar, I was amazed, as it seems almost like a club atmosphere. I didn't expect to see something so nice in Blytheville. In fact, they had a very impressive beer menu (taps & bottle). The wine list wasn't too shabby either. The prices were reasonable, and the employees were easy on the eyes:) When, and if, I'm in Blytheville again, the Holiday Inn is where I will rest my head. read more

Driving from Northern Michigan to Dallas, I knew I'd need to spend the night somewhere. Figured Little Rock would be too far but wanted to make it to Arkansas so Blytheville was it. My sister's college roommate is from here so this seemed like a good spot to stop. Normally I'm a Hilton girl (better to focus on one hotel group) but the only Hampton Inn in town has rooms facing outside like a motel. As a woman traveling alone and staying close to the interstate, I didn't feel comfortable in a motel setting. Called here and was told they had rooms. Was given a room on the renovated wing. Because they were out of regular rooms with king beds, Travis upgraded me to a suite. It's similar to what you'd find at Homewood Suites...a two room deal. Very nice! Sweet Bath and Body Works toiletries. Free breakfast with three options or $5 off at the Perkins which is attached to the hotel. Thumbs up to this Holiday Inn! read more

Honestly, if not for one crucial thing I would have given this hotel 5 stars. The GREAT: This hotel is clean, modern, and updated. It's extremely convenient to the highway, the staff was super friendly, and the room was pretty awesome. Best of all, they allow dogs. Most highway hotels that allow dogs are disgusting pits, but this Holiday Inn exceeded every one of my expectations. They put me in a first floor room close to an exit so I could take my dog out quickly and easily. Also, free Wifi which is always good. Unfortunately, the bad: The main purpose of a hotel like this is to get a good night's sleep. This was completely impossible due to the air conditioner/heater, which sounded like a jet engine taking off every time it turned on. Literally, every 5 minutes throughout the night, I was woken up by the thing and I got zero sleep. I will definitely stay here again on my way through. It's convenient for my drive, and like I said it's a pretty great hotel. I'll just remember to bring ear plugs from now on. read more

Two main comforts of a hotel are a comfortable bed and a hot shower. Unfortunately, this hotel could not deliver on either. So disappointing and frustrating. Stayed in a room in the holidome. 217 to be exact. The fresh aroma of chlorine! Since water in our room was cold, they moved us to 228. Still cold. Decor and rooms are appointed nice. Will not stay here again. I have a wife and two daughters. Cold showers are not an option. read more

During the pandemic was nervous traveling with grandson was very pleased with this hotel. Very kind and helpful staff, clean room, very comfy bed but the best part was the heated pool which was actually heated enough to swim in december. Other hotels said heated pool and they were 78 degrees which is too cold for this grandma. Thank you holiday inn we had so much fun in the pool. First, let me state, the housekeeping is horrible! Most housekeepers sit outside and drink alcohol and do illegal drugs instead of their jobs and complain about guest. They do not get reprimanded for these things. Upon complaining about our sheets not being changed on a 'deep clean' day, the housekeeper was sent back to properly do it. She then decided to use the restroom in OUR room, used a washcloth to wipe and shoved it between the toilet and wall! My husband works 12 hour days, I would go to the pool or go workout after doing my college school work where one of their employees harassed me almost daily. He asked me for my number which I refused to give him and told him I was happily married and his reply was he doesn't have to know, asked me to come to his room multiple times. I know we as guest are not supposed to be in the room while maids are cleaning but I had a knock on the door, thinking it was husband and had forgot his key so I opened and the maintenance man came in, uninvited. The bistro bar that is part of the hotel.....we went in for a few drinks and the waitress was EXTREMELY rude. I ordered food and we were trying to get our drinks and she finally came to our table and told us that we were going to have to wait because they were 'busy'. Did not try to politely explain or anything. I never got my food and when we got our tab it was $25 even, I told my husband DO NOT give her a tip, especially after her having time to chase us outside when we went to smoke thinking we were skipping out on our tab. She even asked my husband are you not going to leave me a tip, he replied no my wife has waitresses before and she told me you do not deserve a tip for how rude you are and also you may want to think about that next time. She took it upon herself to give herself a $4.50 tip. My husband would have made it an even $5 to make the whole tab $30. I called and spoke to one of the managers, they never gave me an explanation. A shut down was going on along with the owner's niece's wedding so they overbooked theirselves. We had to move to another hotel. When it came time for all of us to move back, we were informed we weren't welcomed back because of complaints. I would not advise my worst enemy to stay at this hotel. I am sure there is so much more I could put on here, but these are the major things. If in Blytheville, I recommend you stay at comfort inn or any other hotel. Also after finding out the waitress had been writing her own tips in, we still never received a phone call or anything to try to make it write. read more

I cannot say enough about this hotel! We stopped here as we were traveling from Wisconsin to Louisiana (home). I booked two hotel room suites for my sons family and myself. The rooms were wonderful, clean, up to date features with in room microwave and fridge. The pool area was amazing with both indoor/outdoor and a hot tub. Indoor water was very warm and comfortable to swim. Two restaurants are onsite but for the money I would recommend the Perkins as the wine bar like any wine bar was not worth the money. Staff was friendly and the overall experience was fabulous. Next trip this will be a stop for us and I hope for you too after reading this! read more

Stopped for a quick night on our road trip. We stayed using our reward points only 15,000 for the night. Great Deal!!! We were highly impressed with the fitness center. It was better than most high end hotels and even some small gyms. Multiple treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, free weights, rowing machine, and more. Very Nice! There is a Perkins restaurant attached to the hotel and they provided us breakfast coupons. Choice of some predefined meals or $5.00 off regular menu items. My only recommendation is to avoid a room by the pool. It was very loud kids screaming until it closed at 10:00pm. Wouldn't have been a big deal if we were so tried and wanting to get an early night. The beds and pillows were real nice. The fellas at the desk were very friendly and tolerated my wise cracking brother. They were very accommodating. They even have a room for the hearing impaired. The SO and I stayed here on Priority Club points when we first came to town. Their renovations are complete (at least according to the local paper) and IMHO they did a great job. The housekeeping staff was great and worked with me on getting the dog out of the way and our room clean (they were a little scared of him). The $5 voucher to the Perkins next door for breakfast came in handy. This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Blytheville for a few days. read more

We liked the place a lot and did not have a single complaint. There are plenty of food places around and two restaurants in the hotel. I rarely write reviews, but this hotel really made such a positive impression on me! Everyone I encountered on the staff was professional, polite, and kind. The room was immaculate, and the front desk personnel was friendly and welcoming. We'd had a really bad night when the hub/wheel bearing on our car disintegrated as we were exiting the interstate after a torrential rainstorm. We were stranded waiting for our car to be repaired and didn't know how long we'd need to stay at the hotel. Jacob was so helpful and understanding about accommodating our reservation/cancellation needs on the spur of the moment. I cannot tell you how comforting this was to two road weary travelers from Texas. Everyone we encountered in Blytheville from the Holiday Inn staff to the owner of Paul Newell's Collision/Repair to Teddy the mechanic at Hopper's Exxon was so gracious and considerate of our situation/needs. We stayed 1 night with a dog and it was great! We booked ahead because we were traveling from Michigan and it was a Friday night and we didn't want to chance not being able to find a room. We we arrived around 11pm the front desk clerk was very welcoming. She had a trainee badge on and as far as I saw was by herself. She wAs very attentive to our needs and even gave us a doggy bag for our pup! The room was more than Expected!! It was very very clean! I mean you could see where the most used surfaces had been wiped clean! Even where you would think their would be dust like behind the desk and whatnot- their was NOT!! The king size bed was super comfy and bathroom was just the right size for our family of 3 and a pup! We will definitely stay here again if we are on that area!! read more

Traveling Hwy 55 So on our way to New Orleans & saw billboard for this HI coming up. Blytheville exit incredibly dangerous to navigate in the dark due to construction barrels but finally found the HI to our delight! Wonderful greeting by Travis at check in! Gave us a great deal on a 2 room suite with a king bed! Sitting here at 10:00 pm drinking a glass of wine from the bar, unwinding & happy to be on our first night of vacation! read more
