Came here for an overnight stay before the official start of our vacay. It his hotel was located in Port Canaveral, FL. It he hotel is within walking distance to the Terminal 3 cruise port and a 5 minute drive to the other surrounding terminals. This is a new hotel (less than 3 years old). Mind you the staff were pleasant and the accommodations were comfortable with complimentary breakfast, outdoor pool, mini market for snacks and items to prepare in the in-room microwave, and meeting rooms as well. The thing is it is not located near any fast food or variety stores. You would have to walk about 20 minutes to the nearest gas station/ 7-11 type store to pick up any essentials at a decent price instead of purchasing them in the hotel mini market. All in all, a great place to stay if you're cruising out of the area.

Perfect location for Cruising. The hotel is located right across the cruise ship terminal, only two walking minutes away. The hotel itself is clean, modern and very inviting. It has been the second time that we stayed here and I am just as happy as the first time. Only downside is that you need transportation if you want to explore the surrounding areas.

It's newer but it's still a Holiday Inn Express. We had a "suite" which was nothing more than a king room with a sofa. The walls are paper thin and we can hear kids down the hall screaming. It has a Keurig coffee machine but no tea pot, a mini microwave, and a noisy air conditioner. The floor between the bed and the bathroom wall was wet so we notified the front desk who notified maintenance... who came up with a wet dry vac and told me the "housekeeper must've spilled water". The room was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. They had a "hot breakfast" but most of the food was prepackaged. All the omelettes had cheese inside, which means lactose intolerant cannot eat it. There were biscuits, gravy, bread to make toast, donuts, premade eggs... Along with coffee, tea, etc..

When I chose this hotel due to the proximity to the cruise port, I had no idea our group would be so pleased with the accommodations, the food, and the staff. Francesca the on site sales manager was a pleasure and very attentive to all of our needs. Garrett was also on top of things and I cannot say enough about the rest of the hotel staff. This will be our go to hotel for any future cruise which will in fact be in April 2026.

However, I was extremely aggravated to be charged $15 for 5 small chicken tenders that looked like they were barely fried. I get that it's a hotel & the menu is limited, but for $15 I expected a better dish. Next time, I'd rather order out or just leave the hotel for food. I will not waste my money on the food here again.

Thought it was odd there was no safe in the room so we kept our things locked in our luggage. We decided to put laundry in and sat outside at the pool bar to order food and met Renee. She is one busy woman with all the people here demanding drinks and food and doesn't blink an eye. She was so kind and hard working. She must have filled up my ice water at least six times without me even asking her. We ordered the mozzarella sticks and chicken fingers. The mozzarella sticks were good but the chicken fingers were hard and tasted peppery. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the location was perfect. The ability to do laundry was a plus. The outdoor patio with fire pits was nice and the pool was huge. We will definitely stay here again when we come back. Also, Renee needs a raise!

The hotel has a restaurant onsite as well. Checking in was easy and fast. Upon checking in, the clerk acknowledged my status with Bonvoy. I was given a gift bag which contained two water bottles, a bag of chips, a couple pieces of chocolate, and a granola bar. That gesture was well received and appreciated. The lobby is extremely spacious with many seating areas. The restaurant is located in the back area. The coffee station is located across from the restaurant/bar, along side the hydration station. There are hydration stations located on the 1st and 5th floor. I think there might be a hydration station located on the third floor as well. The pool is located in the back of the building. There's also a separate seating area across from the pool. The area is like a lanai or extended porch seating with a fire pit and an unattended bar. I stayed in room 221 on the second floor. The room was nicely decorated in neutral colors. The room included a kitchenette with a dishwasher, refrigerator, two burners, a microwave, paper towels, dishwashing soap and a sponge, and all utensils and cooking wares. On the kitchen counter were two small water bottles, coffee, and teas. Across from the kitchenette is a spacious bathroom with shower tiled in the herringbone pattern. The floors are laminated wood. The bed is a king bed coupled with four pillows. The bed was comfortable, however, the pillows were not very comfortable. The room did have a smell that felt unpleasant to me, but after being in the room, I wasn't bothered by the smell. The water pressure was good. The television worked perfectly. There's laundry rooms located on floors 3 and 5. I used the washing machine and dryer in the 5th floor, and they worked great. I purchased a single load detergent for $2. Overall, I would stay here again. I liked the convenience, I liked the recognition for being a loyal member, I liked the room and how fresh and clean everything looked after three years. I had a lovely stay! I took an extended video which I will post on my YouTube channel. If you look for travel with Dudine on YouTube, you'll find the video once posted. FYI: cruise transportation is available at about $11 per person until about 12:30. For those who stream videos, the apps on the television worked as well. Washing machine and dryer costs $2 each. Laundry supplies can be purchased from the front desk.

Room 719 was nice, although who puts the coffee and fridge behind the sliding bathroom door. Speakman shower head and lots of hot water make for a nice shower. Suitcase size radios with competing music was exhausting. Pool.. nice that it was heated in March and the splash pad is thoughtful. The actual pool area is small, chairs are tired.
