The hotel has a restaurant onsite as well. Checking in was easy and fast. Upon checking in, the clerk acknowledged my status with Bonvoy. I was given a gift bag which contained two water bottles, a bag of chips, a couple pieces of chocolate, and a granola bar. That gesture was well received and appreciated. The lobby is extremely spacious with many seating areas. The restaurant is located in the back area. The coffee station is located across from the restaurant/bar, along side the hydration station. There are hydration stations located on the 1st and 5th floor. I think there might be a hydration station located on the third floor as well. The pool is located in the back of the building. There's also a separate seating area across from the pool. The area is like a lanai or extended porch seating with a fire pit and an unattended bar. I stayed in room 221 on the second floor. The room was nicely decorated in neutral colors. The room included a kitchenette with a dishwasher, refrigerator, two burners, a microwave, paper towels, dishwashing soap and a sponge, and all utensils and cooking wares. On the kitchen counter were two small water bottles, coffee, and teas. Across from the kitchenette is a spacious bathroom with shower tiled in the herringbone pattern. The floors are laminated wood. The bed is a king bed coupled with four pillows. The bed was comfortable, however, the pillows were not very comfortable. The room did have a smell that felt unpleasant to me, but after being in the room, I wasn't bothered by the smell. The water pressure was good. The television worked perfectly. There's laundry rooms located on floors 3 and 5. I used the washing machine and dryer in the 5th floor, and they worked great. I purchased a single load detergent for $2. Overall, I would stay here again. I liked the convenience, I liked the recognition for being a loyal member, I liked the room and how fresh and clean everything looked after three years. The pool & hot tub are opened until 9 pm. The large pool had a lot of seating, towels, restrooms, some shade and a hot tub. There was an outdoor bar restaurant with some grills with lots of seating. There was an adequate fitness room, but there weren't towels and the air wasn't circulating; it was hot. The back of Burger King was against our hotel and the whole time we were here we smelt their flame broiled burgers. Our room was quiet, air conditioning worked well, bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The towels were thin and worn the toiletries smelled like detergent.

Our room had 2 queen beds and three bedroom was separate from three main living space by a door. There was a dining table with seats for 4. The kitchenette was enough for most things - a microwave, a half stove, a fridge, dishwasher, and basic cookware and utensils. There was a sofa and table with plugs and ports by the living area window. The room felt like a place up to 4 people could live in with reasonable comfort and the ability to cook added economy. We went to the hot tub and it wasn't all that hot, but was a welcome relief after the day of travel. Towels were available by the pool/hot tub. The blackout curtains were highly effective and the secondary shade curtains did a great job mitigating the morning sun and maintaining privacy in the morning. The downsides were more subtle. The first I noticed was the shower. It was a bathtub with a shower curtain. The rod was curved and the curtain short. Add a result, the curtain just barely meet the tub and spillage was a real concern. There was no safe in the room. There was a deep bass rumbling when was trying to sleep. It wasn't musical, maybe the A/C compressor running. It cycled several times before I fell asleep. The shower head had poor pressure and didn't feel right. Maybe hard water. The shower didn't feel all that good and cleansing. In the morning, we called the front desk around 9:30 am and asked for 3 more towels. They never arrived and we checked out around 11 am. The breakfast was a mix. It was mostly high carb foods. The scrambled eggs were mediocre and the turkey sausage dry. But, they had both almond and oat milk available. And the waffles were reported as making up for it. There was oatmeal with toppings and various cereal options, as well as flavored and sweetened dairy yogurt. Those with dairy allergies have options, those seeking low carb have some low quality options. I would not trust any of it for gluten. There are good restaurant options within walking distance and the front desk both quoted the price for a shuttle to the port but also that many prefer Uber or Lyft. For our group, Lyft was there best way, no doubt. So, a mixture of pros and cons. If my concerns don't matter to you, it is a comfortable space and it served us well.

The breakfast options were plentiful with a nice variety to choose, definitely a great way to start the day. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we slept well. One thing we really appreciated was the shower, it had excellent water pressure and amenities that made it feel refreshing and relaxing. Overall, a comfortable, clean, and stress-free stay. I booked the Hilton Cocoa Beach specifically because it is a beachfront property. Imagine my disappointment when I discovered that hotel guests have to pay extra to rent beach chairs and umbrellas. At a beachfront Hilton, basic beach access and amenities should be part of the experience -- not another charge on top of an already expensive stay. This is beyond disappointing. The room itself also felt noticeably below the standard I associate with Hilton. No slippers, no iron, and towels so thin and worn that they felt more like budget-hotel towels. These may sound like minor details, but when you're paying Hilton prices, you expect Hilton quality. The staff was friendly, and I have nothing negative to say about their attitude. Unfortunately, friendly staff cannot compensate for a noticeable decline in quality, amenities, and overall service standards. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is my second disappointing experience with a Hilton-branded hotel in just three months. Two separate stays, two disappointments. Hilton used to be a brand I could book without hesitation because I knew what level of quality to expect. Sadly, that confidence is gone. The Hilton name no longer seems to carry the same standard it once did. After this stay, I think I'm done. There are simply too many other hotel brands that provide a better overall experience for the price. Loyalty has to be earned, and Hilton is quickly losing mine.
