Then hung up without ending the call with a "goodbye" (which isn't anything major, but for a business- it doesn't convey any sort of welcoming attitude). 10% military discount saved us $13 for the 2-night stay. No elevator, so luggage has to be hauled up a flight of stairs. Back door automatically locks every night at 9pm, so you MUST go through the front door. Front desk night staff also has no customer service skills. We waited for almost 5 mins to ask the staff about the back door locking, while she talked about nails with someone in the lobby. She only asked if she could help us when we turned to leave. The entire facility could use an upgrade; it feels like an old hotel that did a cheap renovation. Breakfast was fair: scrambled eggs, grits, sausage and gravy, fruit, yogurt, pastries, juice, and coffee. The water stayed hot and the pressure was good. The room had a fridge and a microwave. I would have rated it a 3.5/5, but the customer service from two different people decreased my stars to a 2/5.
