My family and I love Holiday Magic Studios! We have been going for the past 6 years. Appointments are booked online so I can pick any time and date that is convenient for my family and I.  One year I had to reschedule my appointment due to my kids being sick. Holiday Magic Studio was very understanding and allowed me to choose another available date. I always book as soon as date and times are available as this is a popular spot and availability does run out. They have different photo print packages along with a digital print package, which I prefer. The day before the photo appointment, a text is sent to remind me of my appointment .  Make sure you get there on time or better yet 15 minutes early like they suggest. They are usually booked solid and may not have an opportunity to squeeze you in. So make sure to be on time as they do stick to their schedule. Once we arrive, we check in with employees. They have us wait for our appointment time outside Santa's workshop until it's our turn to see Santa. After a short wait, we head inside to get pictures with Santa without  the prying eyes of bystanders.  It's very intimate and Santa is always cheerful. There are Santa's helpers to guide us and take our pictures. They allow my 2 kids to get individual photos with Santa and group photos with Santa. Then my husband and I join the kids and we get a family photo with Santa. Santa has always been the same Santa that friends have pointed out to me and I didn't even notice. That is such a nice touch Holiday Magic Studio tries to do. The session does go by fast, however I always have lots of different shots of my kids with Santa. With the digital print package, I receive all the shots taken during the session which is incredible. They do not just pick out 5 or 10 best shots but deliver all shots taken during the session. I hate the mall Santa as you can only pick 1 picture or 2 for an added price. My digital prints are available right after my session which is such a fast turn around.  The digital prints are online on the Holiday Magic Studio website and can be downloaded on my phone or computer. The quality of the pictures are excellent. I can print 8x10 prints with no issues. I noticed that they still have all my pictures from the last 6 years in my account. I am shocked! If you are looking for pictures with Santa, you will not go wrong with Holiday Magic Studios. I love them! I can't say enough good things about them. Pictures are phenomenal and I have never encountered a rude employee. I recommend them to my friends and family all the time. My kids and I look forward to pictures with Santa at Holiday Magic Studios every year. My son always reminds me we have to see Santa so he knows what we want for Christmas. It has become a family tradition. Our only issue is deciding what we are going to wear to take pictures with Santa. read more

I have always dreaded taking my kids to the mall and waiting in line forever to see Santa. It's truly a miserable experience. Holiday Magic Studios to the rescue! This company is definitely a game changer! They are by appointment only so no more waiting in lines! The studio is interactive so it's entertaining for the kids. You can watch the elves working at Santa's workshop preparing for Christmas. There is a Naughty or Nice machine that tells the kids which list they are on and has an informational video lead by a cute elf that gives you all the details about your session. At our appointment time we were welcomed in to the studio by the staff full of smiles & Christmas spirit. Santa is always so warm and friendly. I love that the session is private so you don't have random strangers watching. The kids got to visit with Santa and then the staff lead us through fun poses with cute props. As soon as we left the studio, we were able to log into the website and view all of our photos right away! Now that is amazing service! read more

We absolutely love Holiday Magic Studios! The magical experience really starts from the moment you check in. My daughter loves the way the trailer looks like Santa's workshop and has all the animated screens playing. Once you walk in the welcoming photographers ask you who will be in the pictures and begin taking pictures right away. My favorite thing is you have unlimited poses. Some poses we stepped out and it was just my daughter and Santa. The photographers are very creative because they suggest poses for you to do, so you aren't just standing there not sure what pose to do next. 5 mins seems like a little bit of time but in reality you get at least 30+ high quality photos with different poses. The photos are available within minutes if not seconds, which we love because you don't have to wait a few weeks to see them. We have gone multiple years not only for Christmas photos but also for Easter. We definitely plan to continue taking our photos with Holiday Magic Studio! read more

I've been taking my kids to Holiday Magic Studios for as long as I can remember. The greeters, photographers, and online helpers have always been courteous, professional, caring, and helpful. Even though my kids are all adults now, they indulge me every year and willingly go to have their pictures taken with Santa; in fact, I think they enjoy it more now that they're older! I worried that I wouldn't get my annual picture this past Christmas because of Covid-19, but Holiday Magic went above and beyond to make sure our family was safe! From taking our temperatures to politely asking all of us to use the hand sanitizer and keep our masks on until just before the photos were snapped, I knew instantly that we were safe. Even though Santa was stuck at the North Pole this year and he appeared in the photos via "Santa Magic", the whole experience was perfect! Our family will continue to visit Holiday Magic for as long as they're around! read more

Holiday Magic Studios has been by far the best experience for pictures. We have used them since 2017 for Christmas and Easter (when they have them). I love that you set an appointment show up and check in. You wait maybe 3 mins and then you go in. It's private and not distracting. The setting for pictures is so cute. Santa or whoever you are there to see is always so nice and warm and knows my kids by name (you put it in when you book) it adds to the magic. You take your pictures and the photographers know how to get my kids to smile every time. You leave 5 mins later and your kids are smiling. You get your pictures immediately for digital download. This is by far the best place to take your pictures with Santa. The whole process is very easy to book and get your photos. I've been taking my daughter here for at least the last 5 years and I've always had a pleasant experience. Everything from the moment you check in that you are there for your scheduled time slot to telling Santa bye is a great experience. Everyone is so energetic in the whole process and is great for all ages/families. You get your photos rather quickly, loaded online for your viewing and choosing of which photo you want printed (I'm talking within the hour if not sooner.) My kids have been coming to take Santa pictures with Holiday Magic Studios for the past 8 years. Every single year, we have had such a great experience. We have never left disappointed. Santa and the staff always go above for this magical experience. I have twin boys that have autism and sometimes need a little more help and the staff has always been so patient and attentive to them. This really is the only place I will ever come to for Santa pictures. Online booking makes it super easy to get a spot and the prices are definitely reasonable and worth every penny. We love Holiday Magic. Definitely a magical experience. We have been visiting "the real" Santa here for at least 10 years. The experience has always been the best with friendly and exceptional customer service. We never feel rushed, they take their time and makes sure we get the shots we want. Reservations changed the game for me! I created an account at their kiosk, chose my package, and then was given an appointment. Their system is really easy to use and I knew exactly when I would have my photos because of the appointment. You just return at your appointment time and go straight in. The photographer was phenomenal and got some really good candids of my kids! She even asked me if I wanted any specific poses while my kids were talking with Santa- they were beaming. These folks really helped me make some holiday magic for my family. Will definitely be coming back! read more

Why would you go anywhere else for Santa pics? Holiday Magic has the "real" Santa Claus!! I have never seen any other Santa that can compare. The staff are always super friendly and professional. We leave with so many wonderful pictures, I have several different poses in frames each year. My daughter loves telling Santa what she wants for Christmas and she gets to put her letter in the mailbox. We make out appointment early so we have longer to enjoy the pictures and give our family & friends early Christmas gifts to start the season. We will be back every year!! read more

We followed Our Santa several years ago when he made the move here and have been completely satisfied every year since. Over the years they continue to make the appointment process easier and easier. While still continuing to give families an amazing session. We have always had enough time with Santa with photographers capturing every moment. They also do a great job at directing my kids to get great photos. Even in the middle of a pandemic we were still able to get awesome Santa pics! Every year, we have such an amazing experience. The staff is always friendly and engaging, which helps the whole experience. Easy online appointments for designated time slots. This was our first experience with Holiday Magic Studios and it couldn't have gone better! Santa was very interactive with our daughter and made her feel comfortable.
