During my time here, The Regency Club Apartments had an indoor and outdoor pool, racketball court, tennis court and onsite laundry facility. My apartment had a dishwasher and garbage disposal. I lived in a two bedroom apartment. The main bedroom had plenty of room also with a walk in closet. The only 2 complaints I had was there was only one bathroom .

It is always cold or hot upstairs... Customer service is decent at best when you need help or repair orders. I would not recommend anyone to live here for the value. For what I pay for in rent I don't see any justification when the service is bad with it.

I am definitely happy and glad I decided to go with Reserves for the following: 1) super safe. No weird people. Just very safe. I'm talking about building 700- so this reviews on building 700. 2) close to everything, and I'm never stuck in traffic. You can cut the grass to Sams club for dinner and cut back as exercise. 3) No weird neighbors. Have you ever had that creepy neighbor? I have! Here, it's just very quiet and people mind their own business. 4) inside is super clean and I love that maintenance comes to the rescue immediately. And they are super sweet. 5). Now that I think of it., I think paying the extra money is worth it if you think of the office people and the staff. They really are wonderful and not like some of the folks at other apartment where they treat you like they have something stuck up theirs butts-I've experienced that in college. Having someone answering maintenance requests on nights and weekends was also extremely helpful for when I locked myself out of my apartment. The pool is a hit and never too crowded. I was so sad to leave my apartment behind. The fact that the office staff offered me boxes and help with moving shows just how great of a location and management that run the brickyard!! I will miss my apartment tremendously.

The hole messed up my truck from driving over it everyday, said they would fix it and hear and a half later nothing done. when I moved in I had to ask them to put a door handle on the common area door because wind would blow the door open, asked them to get a new door and they said they were going by who needs it the most? but I saw no updates anywhere. They just paint over nails on the wall and the carpet started coming up in less than 2 years I was living there. if you're renting give your money to some other place.

They charge way too much in rent to have all the issues we have had. 2 ppl who are very rarely ever home had a $140 water bill last month. While our neighbor upsatirs was $60. Other neighbor was $70. Why is ours so much ???? It constantly goes way up then down a little then back up. Trash when we had the service was a joke. Paid monthly for the service but they never came when they say they would.... Krystal said to get a picture, why? She should notice and pay attention to that, isnt that her job? it happened every week. We have had expired smoke detectors, told Krystal about it, she said get a ladder and change them ourselves. Landscaping is neglected. Overgrown bushes, outside lights not working, windows horribly dirty, weeds everywhere, and issues with shoveling when we had snow - 2026. As soon as lease is up, we are moving and tellling everyone about the rude manager and the poor customer service. I do not recommend this place at all
