We stayed here for over a week in the winter, and were happy to see that the pool and hot tub were in good working order. Really enjoyed the hot tub, which is enclosed but uncovered, so you can look at the stars while sitting in it. They have pickle ball courts, a library, a laundromat, an oil change station, and even an area to wash your vehicle. Thought it was a great deal for the price, especially since they also give a Good Sam discount on their daily rate. Even though it's a little run down, I would still say it's the best RV park in Quartzsite, and there are a lot of them! read more

Loved the place. We had a wonderful time. The staff is awesome and the people who stay year round are very friendly and kind. Lovely accommodations with coffee, breakfast and sometimes lunch. I was passing through town when I had car issues when the park manager Shelley and her husband the maintenance manager saved my behind. They were welcoming, friendly, accommodating and went above and beyond. I have an EV and had issues to where I was going to be stuck in town with no way to charge or get home (it is a long story). I was unable to charge at the chargers in town, but had a charger for my car, so needed somewhere to plug in for the night. I came to Holiday Palms in hopes that I could pay for a spot for the night to park my car at to charge, while I stayed at a motel in town. Come to find out that my charger did not have the same plug configuration as the outlets at the park though. Shelley's husband was able to modify my plug to make it work, they got me into a space to charge for the night, plus he even brought me to the motel in town and then picked me back up the next morning. Beyond all of the above, Shelley showed me the park, they had card games going on in the rec room, a great pool, pool tables, hot showers, breakfast being served up the next morning starting at 7am and it all really made me wish I was there with an RV so I could be enjoying all that the park had to offer. Both her and her husband were super friendly, provided great service and it just isn't something you come across all that often anymore. read more

We stayed at Holiday Palms a couple of weeks ago and we can't praise the staff and the park enough!! Every single aspect of it was perfect! From the moment we called to check availability (the day before!), they asked qualifying questions to make sure we would be in the best spot to fit our needs and then even were kind enough to get us some info for a local show we were driving in to attend. We explained that this was our first time driving an RV and staying at a park, and they went so above & beyond to make sure that it was a fantastic experience for us, that it's hard to thank them enough! Judy arranged everything for us over the phone (and had flyers related to the show we were there to visit, attached to our check-in paperwork) and although it was 12:30 at night by the time we got there, we called their office line and Tony was expecting us and within minutes, helping us to pull into our site, as well as helped get all of our plumbing, electrical, cable, jacks, etc., setup, WITH A SMILE AND FRIENDLY DEMEANOR AT 12:30 AT NIGHT!!! Where in the world have you seen hospitality like this before?!!? We got a chance to thoroughly check out the park the next day and were extremely impressed with it's beauty and how well-kept it is. Clearly a high sense of pride in this community, between management, employees and residents! We then met our neighbors, who were such kind people, that we immediately hit it off and spent time getting to know them, while our 5 year old drove them crazy to keep playing with him. We got a chance to drive a few nearby RV parks (as we were curious what they look like and have to offer, for our next trip there) and we were so happy to be staying at Holiday Palms, as they have something for everyone (big sites, great amenities, cable, free wifi, pet friendly, pool, pickle ball courts, tons of events) in a beautiful park with kind & welcoming staff! My parents live here and I visit many times a day and when something happens to my dad Tony was right there making sure every this was going ok it happened later in the evening and there truck had no headlights so Tony dropped everything even though he had things to do and drove my mom all the way to Parker he stayed to make sure everything went well well they airlifted my dad to Vegas and he brought my mom home I thank you verry much great people and verry nice people plus the lady in the office had been verry kind I think her name was Shelly I very much appreciated everything they did they could have said no but there was no hesitation thank you thank you thank you read more

As RV Parks, on the way to your final destination, go - this one is a good one. There were a lot of different parks in the area and this one looked better than most around in the area from what I could tell. This park was our first stop close to the California/Arizona border on our way to spend the holiday in the Verde Ranch area in Arizona. There were several big Class A RVs in the pull through, so others with the same 'passing through' idea. Here is what we loved: This was our first trip in our 43' 399TH so we LOVED the pull through site. So important when you're just learning how to drive these big rigs ;-) They had a Filipino food truck (we didn't try it, but it was great to have it handy and right there!) Facilities looked clean and well kept. (This is a much older park, but things looked clean and tidy) Cindy, at the front desk, helped me at the front desk. She wore a mask and had a plexiglass screen. It was pretty easy to pull into the park and around the office to the pull through spots. Connections for water, sewer and power were all straight forward. What did not work for us: The area, Quartzsite, mmmm the town does not have much happening in it. Not the fault of the park, and not that we really cared since we were just passing through. Really, just a note. So, if you're looking for gas, take out, etc... you have a drive a ways to get it. There were no trash cans around in the park. Big very full dumpsters near the rear of the park, but that's it. I'd say if we were crossing into Arizona and needed an overnight stop, we'd come back through here again. I know some RV groups have big rallies in Quartzsite. We have always comed to this RV Park every year for the 10 years. Will not come back. They placed us in the south row the back of the packing, next to the I-10 Freeway. Noisy, dirty and inconvenient from the rest of the park. Don't book with Holiday Palm. read more

We stayed 2 night while traveling elsewhere and found it to be a pretty good place. Used the laundry room and found ample machines to use for our needs. The spa looked dirty and was not very warm so did not use. Several people used the pool but almost all the folks there were residents. Worked out fine for our needs but was very close to noisy highway and residents had VERY noisy side-by-sides, motorcycles, and trucks. read more

Communication with the office was pretty much non existent. They do not answer the phone, they do not respond to messages left on the phone, the office hours are from 9 to 5 ( and closed for an hour at lunch ), and they close at will and without notification for 2 days for "maintenance". I had tried to call everyday for 3 days to tell the office that I had accidentally filled out the booking form wrong. I didn't realize it until I was sent an email confirmation the DAY OF MY incorrect ARRIVAL . As soon as I got the email I called and left a message to tell them the dates were wrong. No one called back. I called twice the next day (during their stated hours) and no one answered. I left 2 more messages. No call back.I called the next day and left another message. No response. Finally I got someone who told me to come in, she had it figured out for me and would have my spot waiting. I arrived after hours, got my packet, and looked at my bill. I was charged the full 3 nights even though I only ever planned to stay one. When I went in the office and explained yet again what happened the reaction was pretty much "well you filled out the form wrong, so we have to charge you." When i asked why no one answered my many messages one woman said I personally never listened to the machine. That was it... they took no responsibility for not listening to phone messages. They just didn't care. The park is ok.. nothing special. In my opinion, Good Sam should not have this park tarnish their brand. I think the mamagersRv Parks are in the service industry. read more

The folks that work at the park are very nice. With that being said, management should step in and take control. I stayed here for about three weeks and had the following problems: 1. Internet codes that I received at the office were wrong codes five days straight. (No internet for 5 days) 2. Swimming pool was too cold to use. Was told a cover was coming soon. (3 weeks, no cover). 3. There are at least 2 to 4 people working in the office each day. They all take lunch together and close the office. Once I was there when the sign stated back at 1:10. 10 people waiting for help. (Waited until 1:25 no show). Had other issues, but as you can see costumer service is not a priority with this Rv park. $750.00 per month plus electrical is something I don't mind paying if they had better service. My husband made reservations on March 15,2018 for April 2,2019.. credit card was billed.. my sister in law called and made reservations and found out ours was wrong date , they had us for April 1..She ask lady to change ours so days would be same . Reservations lady said ok.. I called April 1, left message we had emergency and couldn't make it to change reservations for April 9.. Sure no problem I was told on phone . Today I called to cancel reservations for April 9.. Informed that I didn't have any reservations.. I was marked in computer as no show.. I explained to Lady my story..She said she was sorry .. none of that was entered therefore NO refund.. The RV park does NOT send any confirmation..of any kind.. My sister in law said she got a refund and she called 4 hours before they were supposed to be there. We were returning customers, but NO plans to go there..Poor customer service.. read more

The stay was pretty quiet. Staff was friendly. However 90 degree weather and no pool!

We went there for the big RV show in January. And we're very disappointed. . The older ladies at the front desk were absolutely no help at all and didn't really care. They just complained about all the hours they work and I think they're better off to retire and leave it to someone who's interested In service. Our site was in the F row And it felt like we were backed up to the freeway with traffic non-stop all night long, horrible place to stay. read more

This is probably the best park in town, and you can tell by the folks here, who return year after year. They have a very active social scene, with coffee every morning, and activities most evenings. They have an awesome car wash on site, which is great for removing the dusty from your vehicle. The staff are all excellent, and run a great operation. read more

This is a very nice park. It is spotlessly clean and maintained. The bathrooms are immaculate. The nightly charge was reasonable. We were right near the road but it was very quiet. I would recommend this RV park to my grandma and anyone else. Thank you for a great night's sleep. read more
