We found this park on Passport America. They aren't fancy, but they honor the discount all year round, with no limits on the number of days you can use it. We've stayed here several times in the past 3 years and it worked out great for us. The staff is very friendly, and they have a fenced dog area for your pets to go off-leash for a bit. We've stayed both toward the back of the park and right up front by the road. Not all of the spots have 50 amp power, so we have to take what is available in and around the more long term residents. The RV spots are back in, and it is basically a gravel lot with full hookups. There are some trees/bushes around the outside of the park to add vegetation and appeal. The TV reception is limited in Quartzsite and they don't have any cable available, so we just used our own internet connection and streamed content. We are self-contained, and this park is perfect for what we need. We will for sure stop back in for another stay when in the area. read more

Wonderful park. We became permanent residents in May of 2019. Great managers who really try to keep everyone in happy. Quiet and tidy. Nice clubhouse with pool table, library, big TV, laundry room and even an outside line if desired. Lots of activities too. The summer leaves the park rather sparse but come fall and it begins to fill up. In Jan it's only people with reservations. The snow birds come from everywhere and a nicer bunch of people you never met! read more

Love this place staff is friendly! Most parks won't take big dogs specially a Rottweiler and they went out of their way to meet my wife's medical dog ! Every morning the maintenance guy would come with Biscuits for our mean ol Rottweiler! Keep up the great work we look forward to staying there ! See ya soon read more

Absolutely ridiculously overpriced. Rude owners. Also showers not included- you have to pay extra for them. AND my electric shut off at 5am with no warning from staff that my electric was metered. Didn't even bother dumping because I just wanted to get the heck out of there. Definitely would NEVER stay here again. $53 for a crappy "RV Park" - it's a stretch even calling it a park. read more

We stayed in Park Place November and December of 2015. The owner Phil, and managers Bill and Charlene were extremely rude. They had 2 nice host couples which was their only saving grace. We will never stay there again even though we like the location. We have made reservations for the whole season at another RV park where it is not so dirty. I feel the owner just cares about the money and not about the guests. The laundry room is inadequate with only two washers.And they close it at dusk. Many of us were there to ride our ATVs and would get dusty and not get in until dusk and would have to go downtown to do laundry. I would never recommend this park to anyone. read more

We have stayed here many times. Can't say enough nice things about the park and the managers Bill and Charlene. The park is clean, it is well worth the price is very reasonable. The spots are large and level. We store our 5th wheel there for the winter and always feel it is in good hands. If you are traveling through or if you are visiting Quartzsite, this is an excellent park to consider. read more

We stayed at Park Place RV Park for 5 months in a Motor home(we were booked and paid for 6 months, but left early) during the 2015-2016 winter. My first suggestion is don't ever reserve and pay in advance here! During 9 years of full-time RVing, we've never experienced such a hostile environment before. In less than a week, we wanted to get a refund and leave but we were refused. PROS: Recommended for overnight only........Conveniently located from I-10, Large sites, Quiet end of town. Clotheslines available for use. CONS: WIFI is often slow and limited to 250 MB a day (Owner personally monitors and "Denies Access" if you go over). Very few 50 amp hookups. Dust is bad because speed limit isn't enforced. Even though we paid for 6 months when we arrived, we went to a Rally on the desert for a week or so. We returned to visit friends and found our site rented! The owner said he could tell them to move, putting us in the position of being the bad guys, if we agreed. Not to mention, that we would have to sit around and wait for the people occupying our site to pack up so they could move etc. Bring bottled water for drinking and cooking. The other campers don't recommend the Park water. You are not allowed to exercise your generator. It is recommended that you do so every 4-6 weeks, so either risk issues or you will have to pack-up, unhook and go outside of the Park to take care of that. People were chastised for running their Diesel engine to air-up and re-level, "that's not allowed, it is the same thing as running a generator." Not at all pet friendly (dogs referred to as a "G**Damn dog" by a manager) he displays such hatred toward dogs, nothing can fix that. You are told to walk your dog in filthy and unsafe areas (if able???). No Campground Restrooms, there's 1 shower and 1 toilet in Clubhouse area. You will be charged $2.00 to take a shower! Laundry has 2 washers and 3 dryers. Laundry, restroom and showers are locked during the hours of 6 pm - 8 am. NOT ADA compliant. Refused admittance of a Service Animal. Requested a Service Animals' papers to copy and keep in the office for their records. Both acts are illegal. The manager quotes ADA rules and Regulations from a man at the "Sanitation Department." I have that in writing, signed by the Manager!Someone might want to make it clear to her that the Sanitation Department is in charge of Sewage and Garbage. Package recipients were overcharged (there is a reasonable fee, they charged more than double), they could not be reasoned with, when we tried to explain that they were misreading the charges. After that, we were made to feel unwelcome, they nitpicked, looking for something to harass us about, while ignoring the same small issue on other campers lots. The last 3 months I felt threatened. Work-campers seldom return, especially those with dogs (someone needs to look into the reason for that). In my opinion, the managers manipulate the owner with lies. In conclusion: The Managers have gone out of their way to make this a miserable experience. I define what they do as targeted harassment. Unless you enjoy having someone stand in front of you, smiling while they lie to you repeatedly, or if you like walking on eggshells constantly because a manager likes to throw his weight around. We'd recommend you avoid this park for anything more than an overnight stop, until the Management changes. read more

We stayed at Park Place RV Park three times this winter. We have been staying here for the last four or five years . This park is very clean and kept up. There is always something going on. This is the first year we were lucky enough to get to be here for karaoke it was so fun and the people were so friendly. We can't wait to come back again Thank you to the mangers for all your help. This year was our 4th stay at Park Place RV Park in Quartzite, AZ. and it will be the last. We booked in August 2015 and paid as required and was we were sent the confirmation email with all the info and site number. We arrived in January 2016 we were lucky to still get a site with 50 amp as we were also confirmed for! The other couples we travel with were also emailed same time as us with their site numbers as we always request to be together and we never ended up that way not even close when we checked in. During check in they didn't even want to hear about how upset we were and of course we felt like being held for ransom being in Quartzite during gem and RV show. Everything gets booked out and that's why I booked in August 2015 for January 2016! Didn't hear anything good from surrounding people staying there either. The owners and management just don't care so now we just don't care for Park Place RV Park in Quartzite, AZ! It's only gravel and dirt parking and for the normally 4 days we spend in that area we are now just going to dry camp in our Class A motor homes and be able to be with our group together and not packed into a place that doesn't even keep their commitments to the spaces they tell you months in advance and paid for! read more
