One suggestion for consideration do the management staff is if it's going to be a place with books, maybe some nice lamps for more ambient lighting rather than the harsh fluorescents? My eggs were runny and I had to get her attention in order to ask her to please get me eggs over medium. I received the eggs and she didn't come to the table to follow up. I needed water and I had to call to another waitress and asked her if she could get me water. The young lady was polite however not following up with the customer is not a good thing.
