AVOID THE CHESTER'S CHICKEN!…read more Ok, so this is definitely a very convenient place to stop if you are driving through on 94. They have an A&W, a Subway and Godfather's Pizza. All of which I have tried, and find to be very acceptable. However, tonight I orderd some chicken and two sides from the Chester Chicken counter - and I was VERY disappointed. The food, needless to say, was terrible. The side fries (larger cut) were honestly inedible. The chicken was overbreaded and overcooked, and the mashed potatos were below average. The only enjoyable aspect of the meal was the biscuit - it was fresh with a nice crisp shell and fluffy body. What makes this even more painful is that I shelled out almost $8 - very expensive for a deli-style meal. The service was spotty. The young woman who helped me was wonderful, yet she appeard forced to navigate through a gauntlet of inept peers. Watching the teenage empoyees attempt to prepare meals was almost painful. Likewise, some of the teen girls working were VERY rude - not to customers - simply amongst themselves. Management was observed to be quite laze, and did not appear competent to identify the numerous observable flaws in service and operation. I should note, once again, that I find this to be a very convenient stop. However, I would urge everyone to avoid the Chester's Chicken AND the new taco setup they have at the Chester's counter.

She said it would be at least another 30 minutes. There was nobody in the store waiting for prescriptions. I came back the next day. The same woman with long black hair didn't bother to approach the counter to speak with me, and callously said, "Can't help you. Our system is down. Out of our hands." I gave up on this place and used a different pharmacy. There is a lack of customer courtesy.

When calling the other cvs I was told they can see the meds and where they are as its all the same system. I called my cvs and the pharmacist was short and unprofessional and I was told the assistant couldn't see my account even though I showed her and had just gotten 2 other prescriptions. All that it would have taken was "Im sorry this wasn't sent here we can get that transfered over". There would have been no issues what so ever small mistakes happen all the time. Its human error all that matters is how you handle the situation afterwards. ​
