I have been filling my prescriptions at the New Prague Walgreens for at least 10 years, but after…read morethe appalling, uncaring, and rude behavior I experienced today, I will never refill a prescription here again.I received a text stating that two of my prescriptions were ready. When I arrived, they told me only one was ready but that they could fill the second one in 20 minutes, promising to announce my name over the speakers when it was done.After walking the aisles waiting, I returned to the pharmacy counter only to find the shutters completely pulled down. Staff members were actively walking out the door next to the window. When I asked about my medication, one of them dismissively told me, "We are closed and we can't do anything about it," and just walked out without a care.I spoke to the store manager, who apologized but claimed she couldn't do anything. She then tried to claim they had announced my name over the speaker. When I asked her what name they called, she said "Birbir"--which is not my name at all. I wasted a full hour of my time and left without my essential medication due to pure incompetence and a total lack of empathy. It is deeply shameful that this pharmacy treats a loyal, 10-year patient with such blatant disregard.

They have ice cream (ice cream truck- individually packed options) energy drinks, soda, chips, coffee, fresh donuts (delivered daily), candy, greeting cards, and so much more. They also have a microwave, which is nice if you buy a packaged breakfast sandwich or something that needs to be warmed up. It's a small store but they have A LOT! Prices are the same as shopping at any other corner store or gas station. I love that they are open early (usually around 630). The store is always clean and organized. Staff are super friendly and nice. Just outside of the store they have seating via wooden table and chairs or just downstairs couches, more tables and chairs. They prefer you use cash but they do accept cards.
