Both - the dolphins and the birds' show are definitely WORTH the visit just on its own. Everything else in the park is just extra. Nature is gorgeous as you make your way up to the outside theater where the bird show takes place. There is an amazing view and a great place to hang out with a self-serve soda station (PourMySoda), so you don't have to wait in line to get a drink, simply pay and pay thanks to a QR code. I love this efficiency! Near the pool with dolphins is a beautiful butterfly house and a great restaurant with a ton of options, everything from healthier salads all the way to pizza and of course, also goodies like ice cream and beer! Even with the taxi fares, it was still great value for money. Its fantastic value for money and is a safe haven for the animals there. Theres a caged area where you can walk through and feed the monkeys who will come up to you and take food off you. There was a beautiful black panther there when I went and some birds who mimicked you which was a viscious circle really as they made you laugh then they'd copy your laugh - i could have spent the day there with them even though its a fairly small site/attraction. I would definately go back again if I was going to be in Tenerife again. My daughter loved it, as did I.

The town is impressive itself, built as a "Real" town for Hollywood Westerns, the streets, buildings and interiors are stunning! There is a wonderful soundtrack playing at all times making you feel like your in your favourite western movie. The staff are incredible, they live in character (each playing various roles) all day. They provide the gunfights, the stunts, the comedy, the singing and dancing, the lasso tricks, the knife throwing, the whip cracking (world record holder), the line dancing instruction, the bar brawls, cattle drives, the horsemanship and tricks. Plus on top of all that, they maintain the city, look after the animals including the Zoo area with some rare animals, but they are also the bar staff and the waiters / waitresses whilst you all eat!! They are all friendly pleasant and fun making you feel like a friend more than a customer. We had a blast joking with them, riding horses, lassoing plastic bulls, getting into a quick draw gunfight, line dancing, locking each other in Jail, watching the shows, impressed by the many wild west skills they all show throughout the day and laughed ourselves silly at many points throughout! We made our own mini western movies as we strolled around got some great photos, the staff again willing to help out with set pieces and playing the part. We are still enjoying this experience a week later to be honest, i wish we never had to leave, i was like a 5 year old that had been pulled into their favourite movie and i am heading towards 40, get down there and let your inner child out and enjoy :) Don't miss it! I just kept thinking how much my 9-year-old would have loved it too -- there's so much to see and do for all ages. We spent about six hours there, but it really wasn't enough. From start to finish, it was amazing. All of the shows were fantastic -- the orcas, sea lions, and dolphins were incredible to watch, and it was lovely to see how well cared for and happy the animals seemed. The staff clearly put a lot of effort into making the experience both entertaining and educational. Beyond the shows, the park itself is absolutely beautiful. The Aquarium is stunning, especially the shark tunnel, and the Planet Penguin exhibit -- complete with real snow -- was just brilliant. We also loved the Katandra Treetops aviary, where you can walk through bridges surrounded by tropical birds and lush greenery. Everywhere you go, the grounds are spotless and perfectly maintained. There are so many other animals and attractions to enjoy -- gorillas, tigers, parrots, orchids, and tropical gardens. The whole place is laid out really well, and it's easy to get around. The food options are good too, with plenty of places to grab a drink or a snack between shows. Everything about Loro Parque feels organised and professional, but also relaxed and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about animal welfare, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. My only advice is to arrive early and plan your route around the show times -- that way you can see everything without rushing. Overall, it was an unforgettable day and great value for money. We'll definitely go back on our next visit -- and next time, I'll be bringing my 9-year-old!

I flew down the crazy race, actually left me breathless! The lifeguards were there to pose more than anything the women were in full make up pouting, did make us laugh. We went here as we got a joint tcket with the disappointing Jungle Park, plus we'd heard great things about Siam water park, but that it was more for older children, so we played it safe. The food again was overpriced junk with no vegetarian option apart from chips! Has a free bus service.
