I am not one to write a review good or bad but in this case I cant think of a better way to show…read morehow much I appreciate everyone that I have spoke to or worked with thus far. It took me some time to even make the call to even give any therapy a try. I reached out to 2 other practices and spoke to one of their therapist at each practice and although they were great I just didn't think they were a great fit for me personally. I was getting a little discouraged I decided to give it one more try. My first conversation was with the director of the practice and after speaking with her and explaining why I was seeking help she referred me to call one of her therapist Jessica Hanlon and thought she would be a good fit after the first phone call I knew she was the best fit for me. I have been only working with her for a short period of time and not only has she helped me to look at things differently but I have had so many aha moments. After each session I continue to feel like she is helping me to work at being my best version of myself. She is a complete asset to this practice I look forward to our sessions every week if you are thinking of trying therapy I completely recommend calling behavioral health associates. I haven't worked with any other therapist other then Jessica but I can say shes amazing! It doesn't stop there this weekend I have to say I was completely blown away on how they made me feel like I was a priority. Let me start off and say I have never had any issues or lack of communication everything has been a smooth process. Last week there was a little issue with my prescription and a little confusion as to getting it sent to the pharmacy. I decided to reach out to the director Silvia it was over the weekend so I never anticipated even getting in touch with her I was completely wrong. starting with her answering my first phone call to staying in complete contact with me throughout the entire weekend and didn't stop there she kept in communication with me until she came up with a solution. Never will you find a director of a medical practice go above and beyond for one person ,she treated me like I was top priority even offering to pay for my medication out of her own pockets if needed I have never been so beyond surprised on how she dropped everything to help me and that she did. In my experience I have not ever had communication with any directors in any medical practices but to be able to call her and be so hands on and not stop until the situation was rectify is pretty rare actually I didn't think even existed until this weekend. If your undecided on who to call or looking at recommendations Im pretty sure you wont ever get treatment like the way I did at Behavioral Health Associates this weekend this company is very rare I hope your lucky enough to get an appointment within this practice.

She gave me pills that were addictive and after about two years, without discussing anything with me she started cutting them off! When she took her maternity break I was then seeing the "owner" who continued cutting me down without my knowledge or consent!!! I don't find that to be professional at all! And don't even try to call your Dr. because for one, no one answers the phone but if they do and you tell them you want to speak with your Dr., no such thing as a return call or should they decide to return your call and give you the privilege of talking with them, you will be charged as if you just had a session!! So I suggest you don't take any chances of going with this practice!!!
