I brought it up on my phone and they said its not acceptable and I would need to reschedule my appt. This is after 1 hr 30 min waiting. The office staff is not competent in their functions. Because they couldn't access the system and their appt staff saying they had a referral already, I wasted my day and now they wanted me to rebook a new appointment. The doctors there need to monitor the front office staff.
