I recommend you reach out to Keith well in advance to schedule. I had trouble getting scheduled with him but he did return all of my calls and messages and tried to accommodate my requests. I thought he was courteous over the phone and in-person, even when I arrived late to my appointment because I got turned around in the office building. Despite being late, he still provided me with a full hour massage which was nice and unexpected. He would often check in about the pressure and educate me on the specific trigger points I had. I had a great experience overall and would encourage others to just plan ahead when scheduling an appointment (try to book like a month in advance if possible).
