I've gotten massages all over the world and get massages regularly once a month in San Francisco and can confidently say that Jae is the best masseuse I've ever worked with. His intuition is uncanny, he hit every spot without me saying a word, and even used cupping and a guasha tool to break up scar tissue and fascia around my traps, arms and neck. I had gone to another masseuse the day before him with no noticeable results and after I went to see Jae I gain mobility in my neck and feel so much better. I have quite a few problems from both trauma/surgery and overuse/strain due to sports, and she is able to take my long list of issues I'd like to address in that session, and she quickly puts together a plan of how to address everything in the time allotted. During sessions, she is attentive to problems that sometimes come up, like cramping, particular sensitivities, etc and you are always comfortable with her bolsters, blankets, etc when you need to change position. The facility was great with text reminders, receiving payment, etc and the owners are delightful and welcoming. Love the space they've created. I broke a few vertebrae and suffered a subdural hematoma/TBI (traumatic brain injury) that caused constant vertigo and nausea for almost a year. I made an internet appointment for a massage to try to loosen up the all over stiffness and the owner of A+ called me directly and asked about my injuries to get an idea of who she would assign as my masseuse to best accommodate my required needs. I have been a patient with A+ since September and continue to go and give glowing reviews. I have since referred a few ppl to them and now my boss is in love with the place just as I am.
