She fully accommodated my request for my dogs to be included in the designs and did my sister's mehendi the same night. She also provided great tips for darkening the henna like applying sugar syrup onto the henna, drying the henna over stove top with cloves, and using gauze (not Mefix) for leaving the henna on overnight. The next day, she provided over 15 party guests with mehendi (the line was long because everyone was eager!) and was willing to stay extra time to make sure everyone received designs. She provided me and my guests with lifelong memories. My mehendi was so beautiful, I couldn't stop looking at the designs throughout my wedding. This could've been a 4-star experience…read more I've gotten my eyebrows threaded at one other place (great and consistent experience, but increasingly expensive and terrible parking) and wanted to try somewhere new. My friend and I made appointments on Friday for 10 am and 10:15 am on Sunday. We got a reminder email on Saturday. When we arrived on Sunday at 9:55 am no one was there - no big deal. By 10:10 am another woman showed up. I called the Westlake location at 10:15 am to ask if they knew if anyone was coming to the Millbrae location and all she could tell me was that sometimes traffic is bad and maybe by 10:30 someone would be there. The other woman left at 10:25 am expressing her frustration and wished us luck. At 10:28 am someone arrived, no apologies, just a statement that she was late, normally she's there on time and some concern once she found out I called the Westlake location and told them no one was there. My friend and I had planned to give someone until 10:30 am to arrive so we got our eyebrows threaded and the results were fine. There wasn't as much attention to detail or rationale for shape, but she did the job. Our skin was more irritated than other experiences, but she offered aloe. At time of payment I mentioned seeing a Sunday special for $3 off on the main page of the website. She called the owner to see if she could honor it because she wanted to confirm if it was for Millbrae. Thankfully the owner honored it even though she was told it was only for Westlake. Based on only the eyebrow threading, I'd think about returning. Considering everything else.... probably not. If you're going to allow clients to make online appointments, please keep them or call if something comes up.
