I have been in studios in Boston, Michigan, Carmel, Hollywood and the San Francisco Bay Area. I seek out new studios where ever my travels take me as I like to see what instructors can offer and I use Pilates as my main form of exercise. I have found the best instructors to invariably have a dance background and a certain sensitivity that allows them to explain what can be an amorphous concept in the body. Anna is, without a doubt, a truly excellent instructor. She has the intuitive understanding of how the body works, the intense focus on how your body is responding to instruction and she has that certain something that makes the time fly by and the session fun and interesting. Her approach is geared to where you are in your body and in your practice and I have grown so much since I have studied with her. She works in a private space, not in a big studio. This helps with attention to your needs and at the same time gives you space to explore without feeling intimidated or self-conscious. This is great for those new to Pilates or for those, like me, who are further along. Highly highly recommended. Enjoy!

Dr. Brenner is a masterful PT. He works wonders on any pains you may be suffering from and has a…read morewonderful practice that is run out of the most relaxing space - the former home of a local artist with a peaceful garden entry and nice touches that put patients at ease immediately upon arrival. The new clinic will soon be ready on the backside of the house with extra space and great bones. Dr. B was able to address decades old injury pain in my shoulders as well as lower back pain issues from sitting in front of a computer with bad posture for extended periods of time. He isn't the typical PT that offers solutions to pain that create more pain and can be challenging to keep up with. All of the stretches and tools he shows you how to use are available to purchase directly from him at cost - there is no need to try to find similar products online when you can leave with helpful tools to help you on your path to recovery on the same day. The two front office ladies who work here are really sweet and helpful as well. It was such a joy coming here. Can't wait to return!

I found that the schools have asked her to teach, which says to me she has developed a GREAT reputation. She also sells "GIFT CERTIFICATES" which are wonderful gifts for those you love. Harada has been the greatest location for me and after trying 2 other Therapy locations I'm so glad to have found the best place in town. The staff make everyone feel very welcome and as if you are part of a Family. Their soft approach allows the Customer to Participate in the recovery program. They provide a wide verity of exercise options and allow you to work at your pace without pushing.
