I was able to move my left leg which I couldn't, before leaving my first PT appointment. He has a technique I've never used before.

I didn't know what to expect, but had I known, my decision would have been different. Don't leave your loved one here! They will work hard to get you to agree to have your family member transferred from the hospital to their facility. They will even tell you a story that they only have one bed left available, though according to the hospital social worker, that is untrue--they tell everyone that. Once your family member is there, they stop returning your messages. My family member lost over 20 lbs during their stay. They were fed three undercooked meals a day, usually the exact same thing every day. In the mornings, it was one piece of toast and a small amount of eggs. For lunch, it was an undercooked fish sandwich or undercooked potatoes, with no snacks in between and no beverages provided unless it was mealtime. Their medications were also handled incorrectly. They failed to give them their water pill, dementia medication, or blood pressure medication, all while reassuring me that they were receiving everything as prescribed. It wasn't until my family member was discharged that I realized they hadn't been getting all of their medications. On top of that, they kept them there up until the exact day Medicare and Medicaid would have stopped paying. Looking back, I realize they probably only needed three weeks at most. When you're navigating this on your own and forced to make a sudden, critical decision on short notice, it is incredibly overwhelming. I should have kept them closer to home. If there is ever a next time where a skilled nursing facility is needed, they will be going somewhere else. If you look up the official list of complaints against this facility, you will see that this is not an isolated incident--they have numerous formal complaints filed for these exact same issues. While the front desk staff and the female physical therapist were very nice, the nurse and a male staff member with a Southern accent were unfriendly and seemed completely uninterested in addressing my questions or concerns.

I did not manage to speak to my elderly father one single time in ten days. He fell twice while here and went to the ER each time. This is rehabilitation? Unused IV needles not removed for days. Discharged without his meds. Go anywhere else but here. I would zero stars if I could.

I have been seeing chiropractors my entire life and she is by far the best. I recently moved to the area from a very large city in California and thought I would have to drive into Seattle for medical care and I am so thankful that is not the case. She is intuitive, uses muscle testing to see what your body wants and needs, communicates clearly and sees what's happening in order to treat the root causes from symptoms. I told her what was going on as well as some psychosomatic dynamics I am dealing with, and she offered various treatments. I chose her initially because it was listed that she deals with women who have PTSD and trauma. Those things play into our pain so much more than we realize and doctors who don't pay it any mind are less apt to treat the holistic container of a person and their body. I can already feel a great difference. My posture is suddenly straight after having slouched for as long as I can remember. I look forward to continuing regular care with her. The office even stocks a very high-quality line of supplements I have used in the past. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Dr. Rob spent 20 minutes with me and I was able to do a full squat for the first time in close to a year. Since then I have gone back for a number of issues with excellent results. My wife has also had great results from Dr. Erin. Not to mention a family-owned, husband-and-wife business and great people. Hard to go wrong at this place.
