This was possibly the worst remedial massage I have ever had! Both of the staff that were working the day I booked were sick and were coughing and sniffing the whole hour of my massage. I have never left a massage feeling more tense and in more pain than going into one. The gentleman who was performing my massage pushed way too hard (which I asked him not to about 10 times). He didn't speak very good English and told me that my one problem area (shoulders - the reason I got a massage that day) were completely fine and decided to massage my lower back and legs even though I explained where I needed the treatment. The 'relaxing' music did not start until 45 minutes into my treatment. For the first 45 minutes all I could hear was the staff talking, customers walking in and the sniffing and coughing of the workers. The place it's self felt dirty and the towels they had on the beds very old and used. My massaged was done completely though a towel and not a drop of massage oil was used. After researching good remedial massage locations local to me and finding Holistic Remedial Massage as the highest recommend place near by I was very disappointed in the result of booking this location. I will never be returning to this venue and hope no one else has an experience like mine. read more
