After one of my pathetic nails broke off this morning, I went to Honeycoat Nail Salon who I had always heard great things about, and where I previously had a very nice pedi. Lucy greeted me, was very professional and accommodating, and went right to work. After looking more closely at my nails it was decided they needed to be fully removed as they were already lifting among the many other issues. The office manager was great in getting up an emergency appointment. My husband was seen by Dr Kristine Hertzog . She was great and listened to him. She order antibiotics and I was told the pharmacy didn't receive the order. Even though the clinic was closed, I was able to email Dr. Hertzog and she called me and let me know that she sent the prescription in for him and this was Saturday when they are not open. We just wanted to thank her for caring about his pain, even as a new patient. Will recommend this medical clinic to friends. Charlene

After finally receiving the service, I was told I would be sent post-care instructions via text to help care for my skin--but that message never came. Since then, I've been experiencing complications and have reached out multiple times over the course of a full week. Despite repeated phone calls and text messages, no one has had the courtesy to respond. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of follow-up--especially when it concerns someone's skin and health--is completely unacceptable.
