I waited for a little while in the front lobby after checking in, but the girls helped me to some "Spa water" and made sure I was comfortable. I was also given a heated neck wrap which was really nice because I am always cold. Anastasia was masseuse and she did excellent with meeting my needs for pressure/tension areas.
