She was warm, professional, and easy to work with. The only downside was that the bridesmaids felt their makeup was a bit heavier than they wanted. A couple of them spoke up during the process, but they were told to "trust the process" rather than having their concerns adjusted. It didn't ruin the experience, but it's worth mentioning for future clients who prefer a softer or more natural look. Overall, I was extremely happy with how I looked, and Cori's talent really shined. With just a bit more responsiveness to the bridal party's preferences, the experience would have been perfect.

They were ready for us when we got there but unfortunately the experience was not very good. My tech was horrible. He was filing my skin instead of my toe nails, his massage I couldn't even feel he was barely touching me (even after asking for more pressure), and then after over an hour he still hasn't painted my toes. Finally they got the person working on my partner to paint for me, but due to the rush to get it done so we could leave, she still smooshed my toes together so the paint was ruined. The owners told me to come back to get them redone and with gel, but when I called to try to get it done, they were too busy and I had to head back to Orlando. I wouldn't recommend this place, maybe with the owners would be fine. I had to immediately pay at my usual salon for a color change :(
