Currently have a rotator cuff injury, I went to a chiropractor who made it worse. Texted Charissa and she was able to see me the next day. Had a deep tissue massage, not gonna lie it was painful, but about 30 minutes after it was over and up until now almost a week later I've felt better than I have since the start. She also told me about some exercises I could do in between sessions that have been very helpful. I was referred to her by a Chinese master. I did a one hour massage followed by a healing session. She is a sweet heart, she KNOWS her material and she is compassionate. I do not open up well, and yet I found myself opening up to her, and she herself was open with me. I would define my 1st time experience as Life Changing. I connected with her on a deeper level and she in turn used that to help me build a foundation to set my path of self healing. I can't say enough great things about Charissa and her healing work. I booked the 2 hour massage & reiki session (I highly recommend). Little did I know that she would include some of her life coaching skills as well. She started our session with the massage. Her massage flow and style was excellent and so relaxing. After that she moved into the reiki healing, intertwined with some life coaching. It's honestly really hard to put into words, but the reiki and guided coaching/visualization helped me so much. I came into the session stressed, overwhelmed, tired and feeling stuck. I left feeling free and light, like a burden had been lifted from me. When I met Charissa I had been physically sick for years. I thought most of my issues were related to my physical illnesses. I had a massage session and a number of Reiki & Health Coaching sessions. During one of my Reiki sessions as Charissa was working with my energy, I felt like something had started to lift from my body. I've never been to a Reiki healer before, so I really didn't know what to expect. Over the next few days I felt extremely sick and experienced extremely nausea/vomiting and what I imagine must have been a severe releasing of negative energy. Can I just say I've never been around such a caring and amazing massage therapist!! I've been dealing with an injury and she took the time to fit me in ASAP. She gave me stretches to do over the phone, walked me through them and went above and beyond. I started seeing Charissa after my chiropractor and masseuse moved out state, and was recommended to her by my wife. Going to her place everything is always clean and very comfortable. She is strong for a petite lady and personable too, extremely detail-oriented and thorough. Does a great job on my back and shoulders which are my problem. I ask for and love her deep tissue so expect heavier pressure which is what I love. She is absolutely fantastic and one of the best deep tissue masseuse I've ever had, she's worth her price. I go in stiff, tense, and sore, and I walk out like a 20 year old, relaxed and in no pain. If I could afford it, I'd see her every week and I'd gladly recommend her to anyone. read more

I was in a bad car accident that required medical treatment and almost two years of physical therapy. My injuries require me to maintain a regular gym routine and it was suggested I work with a massage therapist for pain management. I tried out a few places and although the massages were nice, the didn't help and I felt like I was throwing money away. A friend suggested I give Charissa a try. When I met Charissa she was very professional, articulate and knowledgeable. I was very appreciative that she took the time to learn about my injuries and what I was doing at the gym to manage them. I was impressed that she knew exactly what needed to be done to work on my pain. She has a great setup and relaxing environment. When she started working on my back, I was surprised by how strong she was and that she knew exactly where to apply pressure. I don't understand much about massage but I feel amazing for a couple of weeks after each treatment. I've been using Charissa for several months and I'm very pleased with my treatments. I deal with a lot of tension in my shoulder girdle that often leads to migraines.
