Once I arrived, I checked in at the front and had a seat. I was 30 minutes early and was pleasantly surprised when they were able to see me early. The nurse was pleasant, went over what they'd be doing today as an annual check, asked me few questions, and then went back to get the PA, Bao. Bao is a ray of sunshine. She always looks happy to see her patients, went over what we'd be doing today, asked me if I had any questions. I did have a few questions, in particular to something they'd been monitoring and due to my concern, she decided to remove a spot that was in question. Both Bao and the nurse told me what the process was. I also had a question about mineral sunscreen and my face breaking out. Bao answered my concerns, and even provided me with a few samples, so I could test out a few different products, due to having sensitive skin. All in all it was a quick and semi-painless process.
