About an hour later, I received a call from a Walgreens associate, who kindly called me to let me know that one of the photos I uploaded didn't come through all the way and she'd like to complete my order, so if I submit the picture again, she could complete my order quickly. First, it was super great customer service that she called to let me know, instead of me showing up the following day to pick up my order, to find that only one item had been printed. Thank you for saving my a trip. The next day I picked up my order, both items were printed correctly, and included the correct stands. I also was able to use a 60% off coupon online, which saved me some money, which is always a nice perk. I picked up my items and had to go to a different counter to pay. I think that's my only con of this experience, is that you go to the photo department to pick up the item, then have to go to a different register to pay. But I understand they're short staffed, so it makes sense. My first issue was when it asked over the phone if I wanted to automatically renew my prescription. Sounded easy so I said yes. It had an issue and I had to do it manually anyways because it renews too early. Maybe they should fix that.... Anyways, the next issue I had was when I got prescribed some small things. They denied me and said to go buy them off the shelves. By the way, that's illegal. You cannot deny someone a prescription for any reason. The price is different if it is prescribed by a doctor. Technically I could sue or press charges but it's not worth it. And lastly, the other issue was when I called to refill my prescription and it was already being refilled. I had to go through the whole list still which was annoying. I had canceled the automatic refill by then. The call I got told me some ungodly amount of money. So I called. The lady on the phone told me the insurance didn't cover a 90 day supply. So I said it's usually a 30 day supply and I just wanted it fixed. She told me the doctor put it as 90 day supply. So I responded saying it's never been an issue before and she argued with me. Then when I asked why it was an issue now when it never was, she interrupted me to say she would fill it correctly for me. Literally that's ALL I wanted from that conversation. I didn't need some rude lady to argue and interrupt. I had no idea why my prescription was done differently this time when I've been consistently refilling it for months. It is clear that some of the workers here are incompetent and rude. Many seem nice! But whoever I talked to on the phone was rude and whoever refilled the prescription was incompetent. Don't go here if you value quality of prescription. Which... you know... is for your health...

Everyone who works there is helpful and service is quick and friendly. I would like to say the most wonderful thing about this Walgreens is the pharmacy, especially Carol in the pharmacy. Everyone in the pharmacy has always been friendly, helpful, and warm, but Carol is head and shoulders above the norm. The staff always seems friendly but sometimes the registers are not staffed and you have to wait for someone. They do offer a lot of discounts if you have a Walgreens card. I have found that their sale items are still typically on the shelf which is nice. I don't run into issues with them being gone the first day of the sale. I have had a number of issues with the pharmacy in this store. On a number of occasions they have not had my medicine in stock. They can typically get it in 24 hours, but one time I called and they said it wasn't there. However, they tried to transfer me to a different location in an effort to find it somewhere else and I got reverted back to them. When I talked to someone else they discovered that the medicine was in and it just hadn't been entered into stock. Even though it worked out they should have been the ones to call and try to find the medicine rather than having me call all over town. I do continue to use the pharmacy because of the convenience.

They have a drive thru and also you can walk in to get what you need regarding your prescriptions. The prices are pretty decent compared to other stores like it, for example CVS. They keep the the store pretty clean and fully stocked. I like that when you checkout you can have you receipt emailed to you, so that is cool. It also seems most if not all the Walgreens have switched to a new style digital POS/Cashier system. It makes check out in my opinion a lot quicker. It also helps the employees type in stuff a lot quicker too.

I have been trying to get my medication for a week and despite my doctor calling it in numerous times, I have been hung up on and told I need to call my doctor office to request the medication despite having multiple messages that it's already been called in on my chart. I was also given a controlled substance that was not mine with the name and birthday and identifying information of another patient- huge HIPPA violation.
