There are also many gluten-free and sugar-free products for special diets. They are pretty pricey (a little more expensive than some other health food shops for some items) but they stock many things that I am unable to purchase elsewhere (eg nutritional yeast flakes). They do not often reduce items, which is a shame and it would be great if they offered a loyalty card but these are my only complaints!

I found the cashier to be aloof and not bothered. The store itself is just small and cramped with them utilizing every space they could find to fill the shelfs. They sell everything from baking flours to toiletries, nut butters etc all of the alternative kind but healthier with less chemicals and other crap. Had a few leaflets at the till as well. I personally prefer Pancea in Watford, because it's a better shopping experience.
