Not a great experience. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Spoke with Susan who somehow miraculously knew that they could decrease my unfairly accumulated debt to JPMorgan Chase after disputing an unfair charge.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I thought they were actually going to do something about it, or at least TRY to do something about it - which is what I paid them for. They did NOTHING. I was just a number to them. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Not even a single phone call after initially speaking with Susan.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I paid 600.00 for someone to take 30 seconds to write up some documents. I could have gone to court and done the exact same thing and saved the 600.00. Total rip off and waste of money. Confirmed once again my belief that lawyers are bottom scum suckers of the Earth. In response to David Holland. You obviously didn't understand what I was trying to say. Your firm did nothing to work on my case. You took 600.00 for 30 seconds of work. I attempted to consolidate my debt with a company that ended up not addressing some credit cards. Really bad! Left me with a court hearing w/ the credit card co.
