The owner claimed there were issues in the Raleigh area in early December 2024, and said his workers could not come to work, which caused repeated delays. During installation, the crew--who did not speak English--placed the fence too close to my neighbor's house. When I raised the issue, they refused to move it. They claimed I had instructed them to place it there, which is incorrect, and the owner also refused to correct the placement. About six months after the fence was installed, it started falling apart. There are now large gaps between the doors, and although they said the wood was pressure-treated, it's already buckling. I've tried reaching out multiple times, but they refuse to return my calls or fix the problems

I simply put my info in requesting an estimate and got a message from Kirby asking when to come out and talk. We knew right away that he was the man for the job (just have a conversation with him and you'll quickly realize he isn't selling anything, only wanting to give the customer what they desire). He gave us an estimate on the spot, showed up when he said he would and, as evident by the end result, meticulously installed each piece of our fence - IN ONLY THREE DAYS! We went from our back yard belonging to our dogs to us now wanting to fix it up. If you are trying to decide who to go with for your fencing needs, give Kirby (and his helper, Jesse) a try. I promise you will not be disappointed.

I would call and he would come out and install something, charge me hundreds of dollars with each new fix and it would only work for a month or two before it quit working all together. It was never really fixed, just temporary fixes. Then he stopped answering my calls requesting help for the horrible work that they did. One of the biggest problems was that he dug a hole in the ground and put the battery for the gate in a hole in the ground so guess what happened when it rained? Battery sitting in a hole full of water in the ground. Refused to fix it right or answer my calls. My son in law who had no prior automatic gate experience fixed it and it has worked ever since. He got my battery up and off/out of the ground. If you cannot do a better installation then that and then give the customer attitude and or ignore them when you did poor work to start with. Constantly charging me hundreds of dollars each time he came out for the gate to then only work for a month or two each time. I am an elderly woman living on a fixed income and wanted the gate for more security at my home. I spent hard earned money and deserve it to be installed or fixed the right way and no attitude or ignoring my calls when its your fault in the first place. I would not recommend this company for an automatic gate installation/repair.
