Their stall in Gateway isn't so appealing or exciting, but the few times I've ordered something at the Holland's Tulips, they've come through. There are probably online flower services, I'm sure, though I'm always a little wary and anxious when making transactions online, so I'd much rather swing by Gateway and make arrangements with the actual salesperson there.
I'm not sure if it's this particular Holland Tulips, but they seem to be limited in their options regarding budget and arrangements. There seems to be only a range of about 4 or 5 different bouquets, with not that big a visual difference. Sometimes it seems like there's only a difference in one or two flowers, and I do realize that that would be enough to create a different impact in a bouquet, but whatever.
I do appreciate how quickly they were able to make arrangements to deliver the bouquet the day after I ordered it, which I can imagine might not fly so easily with other flower shops. Then again, I live really nearby, so that might have been a breeze for them to do.
Their stall itself could be prettier in general, but I'll still be coming back to them for my floral necessities. read more
